You said the breakeven is 90 mr right? Most champs don't build that much MR until after finishing a big health item and armor item. Squishies would still be worse than DCap no? Also which champion was he calculating for and did he factor in cost?

If you look at the link at the top of this quote train you'll see it. a void benefits more from more ap and more flat pen as well like in sorc and guise.

Assuming the enemy team is buying Bulwark in a timely manner and the enemy champs are running some form of MR blues (flat or scaling), most champs actually run quite close to 90 MR without any specific MR items.
The only champs that stay below 90 MR with Bulwark for any significant length of time are the AD carry and support (since very frequently APs tend to grab an early MR item like Chalice), and even then, they're going to be at 73+ MR from base+Bulwark+Runes.

Hope they nerf blitz' damage on hisQ or something instead of that mana nerf, like someone said he's more of a dota hero with enough mana to use 1 skill for like, ever.

A damage nerf would be meaningless. You have to attack the range on Q and the movement speed on W.

Yeah those might really be the best nerfs, he has a pretty problematic kit to try to balance. Even with a movespeed nerf on W he's still gonna be able to run faster than you and hit you with E tho

I think a lot of people run flat mr runes. Did you use scaling? Also that's at level 18. Certainly not at the level 11 the guy on reddit is talking about.
People aren't building bulwark that quickly in my games. I don't think you even like bulwark given how much you specifically seem to prefer locket. I'd say there are plenty of opportunities for mr to be well below 50.
Void may be better at dealing with high mr champs(Multiplicative scaling ftw) which is fine. DCap is still better at clearing low MR minions.

Question: If I get both Muramana and Sephra's embrace will I have 2k mana from that?

I feel like these Elise nerfs kind of kills support Elise, the low mana cost harass kind of define her in lane.

Those two items each give +1000 mana as flat stats, not as a unique passive. This type of question is the very reason the introduced unique passive names -- if the items share the name then you can only have one of it.

At what point in time is that ready? 40 mins? Just asking because if I go Tear>RoA>Sorcs>Mura/AA the tear isn't full by that point. I actually would try it out, but I feel like by that point I'd rather just have 1 of the 2 + Bv/FH/Void. Or is Muramana more + damage than void?

Riot just going back and forth with sweeping nerfs and buffs.
What's the point of nerfing Ezreal AS by 6% for the entire game, and then within one week coming up with a new batch of hefty nerfs. You didn't even give yourself a chance to analyze the effect of the first nerf. Just nerf him all at once if you aren't going to see if the first nerf did anything.
Also, more indirect nerfs to AD carries with the advent of armor/AP items. Sure its a nerf to AD casters, but they aren't the only attack damage champs in the game. Same with the BC and BT nerfs. AD getting hit just as hard as AD casters. More harping on AD nerfs. Ezreal and Cait were the only really first pickable ADs. Now you can't FP either (bloodboil deserved nerf, and multiple large Ezreal nerfs). Patch after patch there are direct and indirect nerfs to AD carries, items, and counters.
Shaco gets absolutely destroyed. Randomly. A champion already only viable in solo q is now unviable in solo q, and recieves no recompense to make him better in competitive play. Even more overboard than the LS nerfs. Apparently you are not allowed to carry out of the jungle. Support jungler or GTFO.
Man. I feel like these changes are way too big, and way too biased. Riot is just flipping the meta back and forth every 2 weeks, destroying a champ or two every week as they go.
I know its preseason blah blah, but give me a fucking break. At this point it will be a year before the game is remotely balanced.
