The new item "Plate of the warmage" is built from 2 cloth armors and a Amplifying Tome
Zhonya's Hourglass now requires the "Plate of the Warmage" instead of chain vest Sightstone actually nerfed. Zhonya's buildpath smoother but it's actually worse if you used to build your chainvest in one go. Buff to the "aggressive" approach that doesn't want to sacrifice early damage, nerf to the "safe" approach. As for my own case and playstyle I dislike it. More importantly, you can now start Cloth+5 on most AP characters.
Which I never do, so it irks me, especially the "stack it" clause that means I'll have to get that cloth rather early if I want to achieve ~40 armor at the timing where I'll have chain vest usually (against an AD lane it'd prob be RoA->boots->chainvest on Swain, or after Cata if threatened, after augment and boots on Viktor, and after chalice on Orianna/Syndra, so it definitely fucks up my core builds by either giving me 25 less armor when I have 720 to spend, or delaying my core just not to have less armour than currently at the same timing).
It's a fucking big constraint if you don't start cloth+5 and it skews the openings very heavily, especially for "expensive" core champs (say, Viktor or anybody building a catalyst).
tl;dr: This change actually severely limits my options and I don't like it because of that.

I won't say no to AP buffs, but you could've started cloth 5 anyways lol there was no rule saying you couldn't just buy a cloth and not build it into anything, you're investing 300g into a laning item ~_~
On an unrelated note:
Nothing new, but the inability/intolerance by the majority of the LoL population to anything that's not part of a strict meta gets irritating at times lol. Just want to play some ADC mid and I get like 3-4 dodges on a row on average, be it ranked or normals

God I am in love with J4 as a jungler. What a f-ing beast. Last 6 games with him: 4/1/14, 7/4/17, 8/2/14, 4/6/30, 8/0/17, and 4/0/25. My god he is so versatile.

Yeah, Blitz and Ez nerfs are probably too harsh. Although other then that I don't have too much issue with this patch, but maybe that's because I don't like Shaco. Sightstone change is interesting, a nerf overall but being able to buy a ruby crystal if you back but don't have 700g will be nice.

It's 'k, people are playing Alistar jungle again and the only wards I see are tribrush top (from pushing Elise) and mine as a support. He got like 6 kills top and mid in 15 minutes.

You can deal with him, especially with champs getting wards at level 1, and explorer wards.
But you can't deal with the retardedness of players crying for "he ganked 5 times!" (replace with 6, then 7 as the dude keeps dying under enemy turret) when they ward a single path (which is obviously never used) and proceed to push.
I want a universal translator for "Don't push/Be careful, Alistar will almost only gank". English seems to never cut it, and his ganks are even easier than Shaco's. :<
I'm at 4 dodges in a row, trying for a record. And the bastards are starting to ban Viktor, how can I gather material for the flask start on him then? :[

With magic pen being better overall(flat and %) I think its best to use mpen reds/quints and rush mpen items like sorc shoes and/or haunting guise into cap/void.
