I don't like the nerf on Blood Boil, somebody suggested "it gives less benefits to targets other than Nunu" that keeps the good steroid on him while nerfing its use.  Huge Galio buffs, flat mana cost on Q and cd going down from 7 to 5 makes him an even more powerful pusher. Nerf bat on Ezreal, ouch. Less MS, less AoE on ult, passive nerf... Dshield buffs, good to see. Giant's belt nerf, not surprising. Minor Locket nerf, nothing of consequence. "Plate of the warmage", probably building from cloth armor + Amp tome, or maybe double cloth armor + amp tome, armour/AP item with a stacking mechanism similar to warmog to go up to 45 armor. We can ignore the sightstone changes I think, they'll be reverted soon enough when Riot realizes how broken it is. Sunfire, BC and BT cost nerfs. | ||

Like,I have the feeling that they just are always trapped in this notion of change where they always have to nerf a part of the game and it's not even because they are sure it's OP.It's such a short time span between patches that you can't even tell anymore if something is genuinely OP or just FOTM. Yea sure new champs come out and it changes a whole lot but the old(or items) ones always see at least some change in every patch. | ||

Cho silence duration nerf is ok-ish. The silence is incredibly long, and not being able to use item actives makes it very strong in S3. Blitz nerfs way too harsh. Same goes for Ez. Don't know how I feel about Nunu nerfs. Elise Q mana nerf is going to affect her quite a lot. Maybe going to have to take Chalice/Tear now. Shen nerf is ok. Sightstone buff is stupid and flat AP increase along with the current FOTM items being nerfed is not the right way to equalize mages to ad casters imo. | ||
