OO Matter of preference but when you play top laners that cna get a kill and snowball get ignite like riven or xin, people that you prolly will focus on farming nasus for instance get tele | ||

You need it if you're aiming to kill people, pressure them (threaten Ignite-backed kills) or you need it just to live in your lane thanks to the Ignite pressure. Teleport gives you greater localised map pressure at your whim. You give up the kill potential so you need to be able to compensate for that in some shape or form (whether it means degenerating the lane into just a farm-stall lane) or your team is capable of correctly working in conjunction with your teleport. There's no right or wrong here. A lot of this will be determined by playstyle and need. For example, you could argue that Teleport is useful for dealing with Shen late-game since you too can teleport, but if you can also argue that with Ignite you could have just won lane hard enough that he can't splitpush without dying 1v1 anyway. There's no rule of thumb here, so just make a judgement call and practise with both to get a feel of what you're more comfortable with and how lanes/post-laning play out. | ||

Cris so bad, getting dumped on prettttty hard Sunfire lets you auto-win vs a lot of physical melee's because most of the time they can't trade with you in melee(note allin is different than trade), and gives you pushing power and a good amount of damage in team fights. Especially on some tankier tops/junglers who won't really build damage anyways, sunfire is a good EH item that also happens to increase their damage output by a fair amount. | ||
