And Cutlass has been nerfed hard. It better build into other items than Gunblade now, wtf I'm never gonna start with this anymore on Jax, so little sustain for such a high price, and a weaker slow. Dblade seems like it's actually buffed early on, same as dring that will grant more mana regeneration as long as you steadily farm (so during laning phase). Dshield def nerfed. UNIQUE Passive - Distortion: Your Teleport, Flash and Ghost summoner spell cooldowns are reduced by 25%. Holy shit, flash must have been hit pretty hard for such a big %cdr to be applied. Viktor's W evolution seems nice (insta-stun from W, which becomes larger, instead of the normal cast, %MS boost and huge %cdr) but sadly I don't think it's enough to trump his huge W evolution (20% more damage on initial burst of R, E moves 30% further (it's fucking long! More range than TF's Q with that) and 30% MPen, sad Xerath). His Q evolution on the other hand... 50% more damage on R's DoT (it's 280 + 0.84 AP damage... WHAT) and he heals for 15% of the damage it deals. Yeah, heals. Not spellvamp. Wow. It actually makes him a very tanky mage, extremely ult-reliant without his E augment, but if he can get cdr from some sources and use his ult well it's going to... wow. Destroy stuff. Glacial shroud mana nerf, nuu.  | ||
