I don't want them devaluing the ability to CS because of how involved the process is beyond just the ability to right click at correct times (e.g. timing harass so you can still farm, positioning, dealing with setting up multiple low hp last hits under pressure, etc). This is an attempt to try and fix one symptom rather than the actual cause. | ||

I realize it's going to make it harder, but it should still be possible. Players that he's beat before aren't going to magically be on his level just because they aren't as far behind when they are down 30cs. Edit: For the record I don't like the change, I just don't think it's going to be the apocalyptic doom and gloom scenario that a few people have mentioned. This isn't going to be the change that turns the game into Bloodline Champions. | ||

Back on topic though. Viktor changes that were accidentally put on PBE are not going through. They're waaayyy too powerful esp with some of the other stuff that had been thought about. You'll end up having undesirables playing him for free Elo, not people who really sympathise and understand what an AP Mid needs. Oh, how many times have we been misunderstood? They think that we're ignorant savages. And they've seen so many lanes, I guess it must be so. But still I cannot see, if the savage one is me. How can there be so much that they don't know? They don't know... They think they own the lane they go to lane in; that tier lists are a thing that you can claim. But I know every champion and minion has a life, has a meaning, has a name. They think the only champions who are champions are the champions who look and think like them. But if they'd walk the footsteps of a champion, they'd learn things they never knew they never knew. Have you ever heard Vilemaw cry to the half born moon? Or asked Baron Nashor why he screamed? Can they sing with all the voices of the jungle? Can they paint with colours from the chaos storm? Can they paint with colours from the chaos storm? | ||

Saint used to be much better at Lee Sin as I recall, this game he's doing okay but not shake level lee. Kinda makes me sad. | ||
