I'd definitely want the catch up rate to be better, it would definitely help teams that are behind in general. Top lane isn't the only lane guilty of this, it's just the little island that people never go to. After all those nerfs on minion damage to champions we're starting to backtrack now. | ||

When I have an AP Champion in toplane => ??? because he will buy wota two with mid wota. We already have 2 WotA. 3rd does not make sense because the aura ist wasted. | ||

If your issue is that the top/mid buy it, then even if they make a new AP aura item, the mid/top will most likely buy it. Locket, shurelyas, soul shroud(if poking a lot for example), aegis, and zekes is still good because your carry does all the damage late. | ||

If you have double AP and enough gold to buy an aura item for them on the support, tell your APs to get more "selfish" items (Cap, Hourglass, DFG...) because you'll be getting WotA. Most of the time you should be more worried about buffing your ranged AD though. | ||
