A Swain that is behind a truly a sad thing tho.  Morgana's Tormented Soil and Nasus' Spirit Fire deal more damage than Jayce's AoE, I stand corrected. But the difference (45 damage at level 5) is so low that I believe a Jayce with minimal AP would be able to clear the whole wave with a single spell (and without AP he'd only need 1-2 more aa per minion). | ||

Against LB build some MR if you're really getting screwed over by her. Abyssal scepter is a fairly good item to get against people you're scared of getting bursted down by. Kassadin shouldn't really be that big of a problem with your range because of how you can just AA anytime he tries to get farm early on. If your jungle is decent he and you (or you and him?) can try and deny kassadin of his blue and he's pretty gimped when that happens. If he does get blue though, you're kinda just left with farming safely, looking for ganks, or holding a stun to burst the kassadin down with your jungler. Against a swain, you're pretty much gonna be out sustained by him so play it safe till you get a gank or an opportunity to burst him down. That or you can just rush DFG and then FLASH DFG TIBBERS W Q IGNITE GG. Sorry, I'd organize this a bit better but I'm sleepy | ||

AA the guy after he silences you and he can't do anything about it. Problem is that he'll hit 6 roam bot and get a double kill -.-. should be a easy enough lane unless he gets fed. LB if you can safely push do it but that isn't really one of annie's strong points stay far back as you can while still cs-ing. 625 range aa's will be your best friend. However that won't be a nice lane. Swain. Swain's a prick. EDIT: and buy MR for LB just enough to not die to her burst. | ||

Well, first of all Annie is still pretty UP after some buffs to her a few patches ago. Don't get me wrong, her ratio is good; it's just that she is pretty predictable because of how her passive work and her range is pretty sad. Annie is strong against short-ranged champions with short-ranged pokes. She also does not do as bad as some other AP mids against Kassadin and Talon because they are melee-ranged. However, unless you are against a very easy lane opponent, you cannot give out your stun (no stun = you get out-traded), so a lot of times you are just farming with AA's only. To me that's pretty handicapping for an AP mid. On top of my head, Annie is very weak against Brand, Cassiopeia, Orianna, and Lux because ranged pokes destroys Annie. Then there is LeBlanc, although LeBlanc pretty much counters every single other AP mids so it's really not a big deal... | ||
