warwick nerfed wayyyy too hard imo, he's not even that big of a deal ryze "nerf" gonna make him too strong at 6, if not a bit too weak pre-6. maybe that's a good thing mf even stronger earlier game mostly unnecessary changes | ||

Annie buff pretty substantial because she can get stun threat a lot more often now. Jungle yi buff, hehe Talon buff is kinda meh. It's not really that ridiculous considering the early level rakes doesn't do squat and the mana cost catches up really fast as you level it up. | ||

I usually max q first on support lulu unless its a rough lane (or a forced passive one). The mana hit probably won't affect that but I suppose we'll see. Riot usually manages to avoid the Blizzard style of patching ![]() | ||

Can't even send someone with a global top because they simply wont make it bot in time. New chalice upgrade needs a namechange. | ||
