The Janna 'nerf' is more of a fix in my eyes. It makes sense that the bonus only holds as long as the shield holds. People have been spoiled with it not working like that before. The blue nerf I applaud. More spoiling of the AP mid has been going on. If you look at champs who use energy like kennen or the rumble heat-system, it seperates good from the kickass if you can manage that resource. Manausers just get blue and spam all day. There is no more saving up mana for that 1 combo to finish the enemy. Mana regeneration is frowned upon in a team. You dont get manaregen anymore 'you will have blue anyway'. Manaregen should be a bigger thing, to seperate the good from the epic AP mids, blue change will help with that. In other news, the girls in my team will have a mudwrestlingcontest in my head before every game who gets to play lulu from now on *yay* | ||

According to him that was the 1st Saintvicious daily(name WIP imo). | ||

Mana efficient clearers who can make do without blue such as morg, annie, sion etc. can basically sit back, and farm indefinitely regardless of blue status, and having blue just means they can basically use skills on CD to farm without ever ooming due to mana costs. Anivia is on the other end of the spectrum. Early game, even with blue, if she takes wraiths just a couple of times and goes for harass she's going to oom. Basically, it's a buff to the champs who already are capable of going double or triple dorans into dcap, because they don't need the %mana regen to have enough to use, while hurting the ones that are mana hungry. | ||

@wei2coolman, riposte is fine as it is. The fact that it reflects magicdamage only helps, since they usually spec armor vs your normal attacks / ultimate. | ||

I can see the consistency issue for Janna. I'd rather have all supports buffed rather than this kind of "technically a nerf" things thrown at the best ones. Support Blitz less mana-starved, yay. I'm not sure what to think about the new item. I mean, sure it gives a lot of AD, but on champs like Mundo I'd probably itemize AS/crit anyway (atma's/zeke on Mundo next time he's free), and the MR feels a bit low (MoM + mercs + scaling MR blues + 30 base MR is only 114 MR, which can go up to 140 with defensive spec and MR scaling depending on the champ; that'd still make me feel a bit naked compared to a negatron). Irelia... meh. I really think they went overboard. But I need to test/see it for myself before drawing any conclusions. Probably see. Knee-jerk reaction, but her sustain looks so weak from numbers (and she can really easily burn through her mana as is before the patch) I'm kinda disheartened. So Morgana's permaban status, Irelia's seeing more and more play and got hit hard, Olaf received buffs, popularity and I've started seeing him banned... why do so many of the champs I pick for personal preferences and playstyle get popular and taken away from me?  Also, nice free rotation. Nocturne, Blitzcrank, Orianna, Malphite... gotta try Nocturne again, even tho he seems too much on the offensive side, and not enough on the tanky for my style. And Malphite. | ||

You SHOULD have to move toward a lane before you can instantly teleport to it. You should NOT be able to afk farm bot lane and then immediately join a fight at dragon or baron (especially when said split push is optimal play with 0 disadvantages). Nor should you be able to cross the entire map to counter gank from top to bottom. When you play against Shen you can't force objectives or gank unless you have a multiple person advantage going into it to offset Shen coming with a giant shield. This forces you to play passively and defensively, lest you try to go aggressive and get stung by the ult counter. It's especially shitty when Shen is the jungler because you can't even get the consolation prize of tower damage. The exact reason they nerfed all of the globals ults was because of all these abuse cases. Well, they overbuffed shen and apparently don't want to make him unviable again, so this is the only solution to bringing him in line with everything else. | ||
