Remember guys, this is the general discussion thread. Keep whine/QQ posts in the appropriate QQ memorial thread! Thanks! |
I like Sivir. Probably because of the spellshield that I find very rewarding (even if I still can't make my mind if it's instant or gets active after a delay based on what it manages to block @_@), a skillshot (which I love) and the simple fact that I can last hit with her. Never actually carried, though. I don't know, even with Ashe I feel like I do more damage, but it's maybe because I get more assists (-> gold) with Ashe. Her ult is a steroid though... I'll admit after the ult nerf I started finding it quite underwhelming, mainly because it's main use for me is to engage or catch up to people thanks to the MS buff, and those 5 seconds actually hurt a lot.

Double at the end was silly, but hsgg got caught way more times that game than double, his itemization was poor, and he refused to upgrade his revolver to wota despite having him and tf and ww. They told him to get wota like 50x and he never did... even by the end of the game. They bounced back from that tho, doublelifts mistake was fatal. The ult on 3 people teleporting was good, but then he went the wrong way and cost the game. The best part was there was NO reason for him to go there. Like at all. I dont think a 1500 player would make that mistake.
Exactly, and he does that sorta thing on a regular basis :/ Hes such a good teamfighter if hes actually in the teamfight, too bad hes allways late or dead

But that's the nature of the game, mistakes aren't going to be as clear cut as far as changing the game, until late game, where you can do things like lose baron or get throned based on 1 mistake.
What doublelift did was harsh, but at least he isn't blatantly ignoring his teammates when being told to do something, like hotshot repeatedly does.

he fucked up the "timing" in his mind
he was trying to make their chasers split and he was baiting the stun with QSS... but he fucked that up

But anyway- no more talk about that. If we wanna continue, go to stream thread.

The main reason sivir became popular was cuz the Koreans showed how good she can be. Now the Koreans have migrated from the NA server.

Pretty sure the reason she became popular was because she was buffed, and became less popular because she was nerfed. Chaox for instance used Sivir a ton before the nerfs.

Actually Doublelift is constantly absent from team fights to farm even when his team tells him to be present.
One scrim, CLG lost because Saint told Doublelift to be at Baron IMMEDIATELY and Doublelift responded with "I have to finish farming this wave."
Other team got Baron and CLG lost.
Also TwoDown, Doublelift's map awareness may be... lacking, but he is known to be one of the most mechanically skilled players in the game right now. Even at high level tourneys he will be 30-50 CS ahead of the other AD carry at only 10 minutes in. I think that is why CLG decided to pick up Doublelift.

that's why i said he fucked up the timing
but they weren't completely safe.. i think leona and tf got caught right before they got back to the base.. but they may not have bulldozed down mid if they didn't catch ez
not sure
either way he fucked up, but his thought process wasn't that stupid

Doublelift was not constantly absent from team fights in these scrims.

Saint:"We don't have any wards, we need wards!"
Buys 1 ward on backing.

I think it'd be worse if I knew what Monster was. I'm too old to be stuck in class all day. Although based on that I'm likely too old to be watching streams all day as well. :/
Fuck it I would watch in the back of the class but then I have no sound and apparently that's half the fun of watching CLG...

I have no sound and the computer isn't that good so %CPU usage frequently goes up to 100, slowing down the thing, and I'm not sure the Internet I get could give me a fluid >360p viewing even on a good pc. So I'm watching bits of streams between work spurs.
