Graves top is harder. He's tough as heck and is ready and willing to outdamage every other champ. He has an escape mechaism, a slow/blind-Graves top is annoying!

I've been searching for a character that fits me (New to the game) and I find her to be really effective at harrassing. Landing the Q spell is really easy.

You seem to think her damage comes from abilities. It doesn't, her damage all comes from her passive, and using Q to get to him charges his passive and damages ghouls/minions. Win/win.
So it has been awhile to evaluate the change on minion damage to champions. What does everyone think about how the change altered the play style of the game? Was riot successful in making lanes more aggressive while maintaining balance?

E Q Q will get you in range no problem. Auto, he runs. W stun, get another auto and W damage. Q again for the knockup to catch him with a third. If you're going in at that point, drop ignite. If he survives that much damage at all, he's going back anyway, and Riven's CDs are mana free and short enough to not care about doing it a couple times in a row.

They can easily hit 100 damage early on, landing W guarantees one, landing a q-knockup guarantees another. On top of this, riven's soaking a decent amount of the damage with her E. WE just isn't that much harass, and if you're turning to Q her you're probably gonna eat another passive-powered auto.

I think I found an Annie bug but maybe this is old news? Tibbers does not seem to draw tower aggro to himself? Standing mid past river, back from enemy tower, with minions at the tower attacking it and enemy champ standing at their tower defending, I've been able to send Tibbers in to attack the enemy champ and the tower definitely does NOT switch onto the giant flaming bear attacking its ally. I doubt it's working as intended? Does everyone know this already and I'm late to the party or does really no one play Annie at all anymore?
Who is the caster that isn't Rambo on the ESL stream? I can't watch anymore :\ he's just too annoying. Don't think i've ever heard him cast before though

Damage from Tibbers is classified as originating from Annie. This way, if you Tibbers someone under tower, it treats Annie as the source of the damage. Although if you solo send the bear to someone, it should still lock on to the bear if it melees him and Annie is not in range.

I don't know if you can top the chick caster yesterday, missing a kill on bot lane, and then lying and telling the other caster she got it on camera in front of 5k viewers who watched soraka soloing the blue golem during it.
