EPTI was Riven fighting a Skarner. My 3rd Q killed him right when he ulted me, and I was suppressed but he was dead. I relogged, but I still couldn't use any skills. Skarner was also suppressed and couldn't use any skills. I was able to use skills again when I died. Has anyone else encountered this?

I played LoL long time ago and now I decided to try it again, have just few questions if someone is nice enough to answer: 1) Which websites are currently the best for guides? I remember using before some website with black background that had user-submitted guides with rating system and can't remember the name. It wasn't Solomid. Anyhow I would appreciate list of websites with decent updated guides. :-) 2) Can I uninstall Pando Media Booster after I install the game? My upload is beyond sucky.  3) Is Urgot any good nowadays? I played him a lot before when I played LoL, and I have been flamed almost every game for using apparently "worst LoL champion in the game". :-) Thanks in advance. :-) | ||

Solomid or LolPro, Mobafire is probably what you are thinking of and its not good. 2.) Dunno 3) Urgot is fine, gets tourney play and everything, if people yell at you for going Urgot they just suck | ||
