Hey guys lets nerf all sustain so that Yorick can't be beat even with wriggles and doran blade stacking!
(Just to make it clear I did win the lane but I still think yorick is ridiculous after the lifesteal nerfs / Riot must have missed something in their spree)
at below you know that nasus Q farm is mana capped not creep capped right?
Eh, Yorick's sustain is pretty good but not really the reason he's so strong. He wins lanes because he's so damn powerful at just standing and fighting, and he's also very good at forcing you to do so or take loads of free damage.
Who were you playing? If Yorick doesn't win lane he's pretty mediocre. Udyr rips him a new one, Rumble can hold his own. Those are the only match-ups I've had trouble with. I still don't get how Xin is supposed to win, gonna have to try that one out...
I tried her in custom AP, it is pretty strong but not as your regular AP. She's very durable with her ult etc, but she lacks spammability or pure burst. It's a bit like a Karma mid or something. As support I think she's very, very strong, she has all things (slows, speed, shield, heal, silence).

I don't have much experience vs yorick nor as yorick, but doesn't yorick go from 10% hp to 100% hp by using 3 ghouls and one of their active/passive?

I hate Yorick.
Nah a maxed E is like 130 hp instant heal and then 3 hits of about 30 each so it heals around 220 per E. His problem is more with the harrass and of course the fact he can spam Es like crazy.

Karma has massive AoE burst, what are you on about.

She's a support. Her abilities are still amazing late game:
-Q can slow an entire team at infinite range -W for hard cc in team fights, and engage/disengage between fights -E for good shield, and boosts damage for a teammate. Also between Shurelia/Q/W/E no one is running away from her -R is so freaking good it's almost scary. 600+ heal not affected by ignite, AOE knockback, AOE slow. Protect the kog maw all day, or use it on bruiser (like irelia) and watch the fun.
Her damage falls off late game, yes. But so do all supports.
EDIT: oh, the yordles are hunting game. I thought the yordle WERE the game...
Sounds like he's beating around the bush that negotiations between MLG and Riot aren't going well. And he's eager to push PPV for MLG's future sustainability.

Seems that Blizzard (valve?) is making some tempting offers.
I can't see Riot agreeing to a PPV model for their game at all, unfortunately.

and he apparantly thinks ap lulu = op. I've only seen support so far and they were terrible, but maybe it's different in mid?
I played her only once in mid, and it was against a LB who got an early blue. Needless to say, I got rocked.
I want to mess around with it more, but I'm not sure how viable she can be mid. Her abilities have a LOT of different uses. She will definitely take a lot of playing to get used to. Her Q is really nice poke, but she's lacking a certain spammability or burst that is desirable mid.
Which is sad, because she's a hell of a lot of fun. I think she'll be better as a support than mid.
I really wonder how many from the 200k+ people that watch lol tournaments like IEM would pay for a PPV event. It seems like he doesn't trust the LoL community to be willing to pay for something like that and Riot is obviously not thrilled with the PPV idea.

I think its more it goes against everything Riot stands for. A free-to-play game that charges for tournaments?
