She should be an AD carry. It doenst say anywhere you cant play her as a ranged damage carry... Actually Guardsman Bob tried a couple of different builds yesterday, the ones where he went wits end, triforce and such things worked very very well, maybe even better then as a support or full ap mid. Shes like a manausing kennen, can be played in more ways then one.
You can give her bonus AD to your carry, though? Seems similar to sona, where you base auto hits are really high but you're better off supporting anyway.

Hey guys lets nerf all sustain so that Yorick can't be beat even with wriggles and doran blade stacking!
(Just to make it clear I did win the lane but I still think yorick is ridiculous after the lifesteal nerfs / Riot must have missed something in their spree)

Lulu is pretty boss. I play a lot of support and her toolkit is just absurd. VS short ranged pokers/SS champs like sivir and ez you can just max Q and dominate the fuck out of everything. VS assassins you can max W and either shut them down or get your friend out ezpz. VS anything else just max E and trade damage like a baws. Her skills are on such short CDs and are so versatile that you can just keep pressuring safely forever if you're smart (and build regen heavy)
Also, for lolz, I ran her midlane with a counter AP build. maxing Q and W, kiting and sniping with Q's absurd range and ease of hitting, then building lucidity + fiendish codex into wits into nashors into ionic spark. you become this terrifying ball of CC+AA+Buffing death that is basically good at everything. Obv not amazing at everything, but you become this weird kind of absurdly pimp support carry, where if you have a buddy you're easily capable of winning a 2v3 and you can solo just about anyone to a standstill, and kill most if they overextend.

Hmm Orianna played at hannover was pretty dissapointing to be honest, Xpeke and Forellenlord kept on screwing up.
Dunno, Salce should use her at IPL4 and Froggen has been traning her recently ( I'm still struggling to find a AP that froggen can't play lol, I guess ryse)

Also if you are pushing your lane the chance of killing someone or forcing them back based on popping a level earlier than them is fairly high. Since the lanes are so long killing someone 1 vs 1 is much more realistic than in 5s. 8) If your tanky guy gets fed oracles is the fastest way to shut the game out. It's a risk but there is no way to win vs a team that keeps an oracles up. Minor buffs are 3 mins, liz 4, dragon 5... Also don't pick Nasus. Wither vs trynd isn't enough to justify picking him. There's also an insane amount of op heroes in 3 atm. Shyv, Shen, Shaco, WW, Skarner, Singed, Mundo and Lee Sin. Singed used to be the god of 3v3 but honestly just pick lane dominatora and kiters vs him and you'll be fine. Just teamfight and keep buffs under control and you'll be fine.

Holy shit, I bought LuLu and she's stupid powerfull. All her spells are usefull and versatile, and her harass is off the charts. I can't imagine her not getting nerfed soon ^^

Question from player who started playing more LoL week ago, how often do riot add more heroes and how many are banned from official tournaments even before ban/pick?

Generally speeking 1 champ/2 weeks, next is due in 3 because they want to fine tune it or something. Bans are taken by turns, until each team banned 3 champs, then picks go in a 1-2-2-2-2-1 fashion. No champs are banned prior to that, but usually the most recent champ isn't there because the tournaments are played on a prior patch.

They add heroes usually every two weeks, and each team gets to ban 3 heroes. Edit: looks like someone already answered lol.
On another note, been using support Oriana lately and she's really damn good. In lane, her shield+defense stat boost is really good and prevents so much damage, her aoe slow has helped me stop a lot of jungle ganks and such, and her ult is pretty scary when you get it right (don't mean just not missing it, I mean actually moving someone the way you want). In late game, this pretty much still stays, and I find that everything she has still works well. I get aegis relatively early on, so anyone who I give my ball too becomes kind of hard to kill.

Lol, played against a Lulu recently, did pretty well. All of her damage was absorbed by my shield, my aa could consistently harass her and Kogma with shield protecting me, and ori+vayne works so well Though I have to admit, polymorph is so good along with the ult. Definitely high-tier from what I've seen.

I just looked at lulus skill.. I hope there's one in every game to follow me around and spam all her buttons on me, a janna shield, movement and ap bonus, and free nasus ult with aoe slow? yes please.
