However, Hecarim will not dip below his regular attack damage if he is slowed below his base movement speed, as Warpath only counts his bonus movement speed.
Cant take LMS hipsters serious.

Losing a bunch of AD because you're slowed sucks pretty hard because they give every champ without a stun a slow as consolation.

yea, there are just tons of slows in this game and it makes exhaust even more of a beating on him. You can usually pull off 1 attack after your ult with big ad at least, but after that it's really hard to keep your MS up to get anything from your passive.

I really think they should just make it 1% bonus MS = 1AD, and not calculate based on total movespeed because otherwise it's probably going to be either too strong early on (because the first +50 movespeed is dirty cheap and then it gets expensive after), or pretty much always weak as it is now.

The Tristana jump bug has gotten me killed a few times. It's still in game as far as I can remember. But it's only when making jumps near or over walls from my own experience.

Centaur jungle I am thinking will be fairly strong but as always numbers and actually trying it out will be the deciding factor.

I'm not sure. You can always bring Cleanse, of course, and have Tenacity. Plus, it's not like you're losing all your damage, and even if you are, he seems to be more well suited to tanky dps than high damage carry in the first place. I'll probably pick him up day one since I have the IP, but that's just me.

Why not toplane? If the leaguecraft info is correct he should have relatively sick sustainability and even for jungling his Q seems crazy.

To me he seems like a Frozen Mallet champion, but he also can utilize triforce incredibly well. I guess he could go with Triforce but I'm not sure if the procs are frequent enough because he doesn't really have a reliable secondary gapcloser.

That IS pretty bad though. Even at the very end if you pop everything you end up with something like 500 movespeed for a couple of seconds and still only get 40 bonus AD out of it. Sure, the ignoring collision is always nice, and maybe he doesn't need his passive at all to be good, but it's still bad design imo when you could just make it interesting by making it 1% bonus MS = 1AD and not count the flat bonus AD stuff.

That way boots will give you nothing, slow won't be taken into account, MS quints will always give you 4.5AD, trinity force will give you 12 extra AD, and ghost/youmuu/shurelya will give you a load of of AD for a brief period, making it actually viable to make him a speedster.

They were just playing dominion when I tried him but I did Mallet, PD, Atma's core and it felt strong. Triforce would be good on him though, his Q is low enough CD to get the procs off it.

yea, maybe some pots as well. I saw it on wingsofdeathx's stream, he was either lv4 or 5, definitely not 6. I'm gonna try it later as well. Which skill did you max first? His masteries were 21/9 with both points in extra damage to minions, extra damage dealt, no points in crit or ad/level, and points in decreased damage from minions and smite, no points in returning damage to minions.


ok i watched the vod, he did wraiths, red, both with a lot of help, then twin, wraiths, wolves, blue, went back and got pots i'm pretty sure, then did drag with sona and killed it at 4:30. So it wasn't alone but with the support.

Hecarim looks to be a really jungle designed though:

Q: AOE damage with tiny CD if it hits (2sec after 2)
W: super cheap AOE damage that heals him
E & R: ganktastic

His mana cost are really low right now: 25 for Q and 50-90 on E
In Hungry Hungry Hippos there are no such constraints—one can constantly attempt to collect marbles with one’s hippo, limited only by one’s hippo-levering capabilities.

I tried out Hecarim on &%#. 9/21/0, Arpen/Arm/MS quints, Regrowth q-w-q-e is really underwhelming in terms of speed. His Q does 50% dmg to minions and monsters and his W doesn't scale as well as Sejuani's to make him a sustainable jungle. You can go 21/9/0 cloth 5 with a mix of AD/Arp in marks and quints and he still takes a while to ramp up his jungle speed. His E reaches speeds of about 75% fast in comparison to Rammus over the span of 4 seconds, which is pretty good. His passive scaling shouldn't be too heavily focused on. +100 MS at level 18 only nets you 25 AD, it's main benefit is when you have your E on. Was discussing a bit with another guy about him on top lane and he said max w, couple dblades into triforce is real strong. Hec makes great use of sheen
