SoloQ taric still stronk, people get caught all day and team never helps prevent snowballing lanes. I just don't think taric's effective with the typical philostone + hog crap every support gets though because he needs to be tanky in early teamfights to not be useless and actually make good use of his good stats from W and R.

I hate to say "i lost cause of my team" cause it doesn't help me improve. How do I learn and improve from a game where every lane was feeding. I knew they had warded part of the brush so I stayed in the fog on the side of their jungle. After entering the jungle bot warns me for the first time "they warded river noob mundo" (they didnt warn me about the brush ward during my first gank bot either) and didn't come to help, both were full while sona/sivir were about half and they just left me to die in the bush under 2 golem camp then flamed me all game for "coming after we warned u about ward **** noob"
can I take anything away from a game like this? I guess I can just look for opportunities where I could have carried situations instead of just farming my jungle safely like I did for most of the game since no one would cooperate with ganks
I jungle primarily right now, and it just happens that you get 3 terrible lanes that lose and dont know how to support ganks. I usually give each pushed and gankable lane one try. If they dont even respond to my presence (they usually dont when they are really bad), then thats it for ganks for that lane. I switch completely into jungle farm carry mode. Just become a CS vacuum, if you see their jungle appear in a lane, instantly go into their jungle and try to take everything you can. Watch lanes over the jungle to clean up waves that are going unfarmed, they give more exp and gold than camps. If the team whines about me farming i'll just put /ignore all on them. Solo drag.
My entire goal is just to have the most CS in the game. This allows me to pretty much completely ignore all the fail occurring and do my own thing. Sometimes everyone derps to death, oh well, I had a fuckton of farm. Sometimes (and this happens a surprising amount), I will end up becoming a bit of a monster and if there is at least one other decent player on the team end up carrying.
This obviously works better for certain junglers (Trundle/WW/Shyv/Udyr/Mundo/Noct), and I avoid Maokai/fiddle/etc for this reason in soloque

Yeah seriously wth is with this taric hate. Comparing taric to ali/sona is like comparing irelia to jarvan and going "yo man irelia sucks, jarvan can dash to the enemy too AND knock them up while giving your team an AS/armor buff!" :|

taric is a fabulous choice when you need a little of everything. CC, heal, tankiness, buff/debuff, combat ability, strong laning. one of the best gank assists and his slow stun acts as a beacon in solo queue, telling your team who to focus. it's invaluable.

You know how in Dota a single champ can farm multiple lanes? Well I just thought... can't some junglers do that too? Like if you have a twitch jungling and a huge wave is pushing top, you can have twitch come top, farm the wave, go back to the jungle, and do it again once bot starts pushing essentially funneling farm into one champion.

glad a lot of the big streamers are too busy with ipl, because i've been watching more of the lesser-watched ones. wings is a pretty baller streamer, talks through the game and is a really mannered dude. vman still a douche lol

Taric is awesome. I prefer him over alistar/leona for the reason I don't particularly want to walk into nor do I want to Get a chance at my Headbut pulv failing on me because I mess up(it happens).
Taric gives the armor, the potential burst and an all around good support champion. He has that Kinda good at everything allowing him to take advantage of other lanes weakness. He's not the best but the guy does work. If his passive wasn't so entirely counter to supporting he'd be pretty much great.

But then your teammate(s) will be so underfarmed that they will just start feeding kills to the enemy and you will take tower and/or tower damage by the time you're able to rotate over from lane to lane.

Taric is fucking terrible because you can't do anything with the advantages he creates for your team. He has the worst ultimate of all the supports, bad ward-clearing presence, one of the worst passives in the entire game, and a reliance on being in melee combat to be as useful as he should be.
Taric used to be okay to good before they absolutely demolished his Q and his R at the same time, while also weakening his W/E burst. Now he has no good abilities and no good plan. He can't even reliably dominate a lane anymore, as the lane dominator, weak lategame support.
I mean, fuck - once you're in 5v5 engagements, Taric is reduced to a single target stun, a 220 HP heal, and a 30 armor aura. He projects absolutely nothing into a larger fight because you can't use his ult on multiple targets without falling over and dying.

I've only watched him twice. The first time he was not only chill, but really interesting, had clever things to say. Second time he wasn't doing so well and he just whined and made excuses.

They need to nerf Lulu. She is stupidly strong top it isn't even funny. Her Q does so much damage early game AND has a rather ridiculously large slow.
Worst yet, Voyboy show her off at IPL now my last four games have a Lulu top. She has everything, stupid utility, stupid damage, stupid survivability, good scaling... If you have a melee champ you are basically screwed, regardless of your ability to close gaps or take on casters.
I "counterpicked" her with Riven and it was just silly. Everytime I go to last hit I get Q'd, I would dash in to trade back and Lulu just laugh because I am 80% slowed and use her polymorph getting away 100% unscathed... assuming she even screwed up enough to let me get in range to dash to her. If you not totally chunked and have flash up Riven has kill potential I guess if you can bait out her W... but it basically impossible without flash. I basically rushed Merc Treads and Hedrinker and she still just chunked me so easily.
I've decided if they pick Lulu for top, you have to either just bend over or make your AP go top because your typical top champs just get rolled. Hard.

Well, I figured it only lasted like half a second... and I didn't run, I E'd. Riven dash, figured I'd Eaa->Waa->GTFO but it doesn't really work that well. You can't just take free damage, thats the quickest way to lose lanes.
I dunno, I didn't do too terribly, but thats mostly because I decided I couldn't touch her and just used my skills to juke her damages and farmed. Speaking of which, if she puts her E on a minion dodging her Q like impossible... it already fast as hell, but when it come from two different dimensions there just too much stuff to keep track. It wouldn't be too bad if Pix was more visible on minions, but it unnoticeable until you get a jolt from the side that hit you.
Thats another reason why laning vs her silly, she can zone you without being anywhere near you Orianna style (with her E her Q has a range of 925+650), but it silly because unlike Ori you can't see that you should be zoned and even if you magically close the gap with dashes/flash/both she can disengage so incredibly easy.
I dunno, maybe I overreacting...

I guess Pantheon and Talon could probably beat her after clearing my head a bit. I still think she rather strong however.

Not only that but if she just builds straight up AP she still stupidly hard to kill because her entire kit based around keeping a carry alive with zero gold. With lots of gold she does that better AND does AP carry amounts of damage.
I think that is what I have the problem with. The combination of ridiculous utility and damage. You can't punish her mistakes because her skillset negates them. I mean lots of champs have big damages and huge utility, but no other champ is so forgiving on mistakes; Anivia/Orianna/AP Janna/Karma/Zilean/Karthus etc all do equivalent damage and have relatively similar utility, but if one of these champions screws up they gonna die: Lulu screws up an you slowedx2, she sped up, and has a shield worth 600+ HP, and an extra 900+ HP from her ult.... she gone even if her defensive summoners already blown.

All the AP carries outdamage her, but none of them has her utility of course (because no champion has as much utility). She is basically Karma with an ult and a way more useful W skill.
