so i just figured out that u can use old pax skin codes for korean servers and it will work
if any1 has pax jax or pax sivir or pax tf skin that they already used on na and would like to share with my team i'd really appreciate it
ill answer questions about high elo or tourney stuff in detail if any1 helps out thnx~

So just played a super duper fun thing and i think I finally found a good spot for teemo. Support. He can harrass all day long and is a perma ward. I just did that to troll around and my trist had shits of CS and they had none because of the amount of harrass they were taking. I would bling them when they tried to last hit and then auto them and then they were less than 1/4 and at tower.

i was also tank XD, trolling pretty hard, but we won at 30 and I was 2/5/20 and the trist ended up 15/6/8 i think. It was lots of fun too. A good chase, harrass, harrass preventer, and OP free wards that slow. New meta

Unofficial Patch notes from the PBE.

Interesting:
Atma's Impaler now grants Attack Damage equal to 1.5% of your maximum Health, down from 2%.
Doran's Blade now grants +80 Health, down from +100 Health.
Doran's Ring now grants +80 Health, down from +100 Health.
Wit's End now has a 2150 Item Cost and 700 Recipe Cost. Up from 2000 Item Cost and 550 Recipe Cost.

A bunch of champions get reduced mana costs on their ultimates (Janna, Swain, Zilean) and Ori's Q is now 50 mana at all ranks,

Those doran nerfs are nice from a support player's perspective. Now we're slightly less weak relative to the carries.

What. Like, reduce power of early game champs by giving exp boost for lower levels, and then proceed to nerf one of the main items of these champs...

Was on the PBE with Swain. The change is appreciable, but Swain is still Blue reliant.

However, not on the patch notes, Swain's AA was changed. And it is AMAZING. Dear lord, it's so fucking smooth. There's pretty much no wind-up and the projectile is super fast. It's so, so much easier to last hit early on.

atma's nerf is coming about 4 patches after it was relevant
doran's should decrease in cost in addition to the nerf, doran's openings simply aren't viable compared to boots start in any lane except bot
wit's end nerf is needed. i would have hit its values instead of its cost but to each his own. probably gonna see a shift to other items like rageblade and ionic on certain champs

Our team had a ridiculous champ selection which ended with me being stuck with Twitch top...

Dude, why the hell does everyone think twitch a bad champion? Like my last 10 games since have just been me playing twitch top and getting 15+ kills while carrying stupidly hard.

Atmas nerf seems way too hard, doran's nerf I'm very happy about, wit's nerf I'm very happy about although perhaps it should have been done a different way. For example, they could have kept the max value the same but it could have required six or seven stacks to reach that value.

From those item nerfs, the only one I really agree with is the wits end nerf. If they nerf the dorans items, they should sell for more gold imo.

Orianna and Swain buffs are sweet

Don't see why the nerf atmas when atmas builds are no longer dominating everything. the time when everyone and their mother ran warmogs/atmas was loooooonng ago.

Atmas is still very gold efficient even if you dont build warmogs, 40 AD,45 armour and 18% crit on someone with 2k(very easy to get on bruisers without building warmogs/mallet) hp for only 2355g? That's like almost bf for 825g.

So I just did some games on PBE with Hecarim. A few observations on him:

I got about 20-25 AD using boots of mobility and no movement speed quints. More bonus damage with E activated.

His Q does very mediocre damage, but very spammable. costs 25 mana at all levels. Very similar to skarners Q but without the slow.. however it scales with ad. Each time you use Q, you get a buff which reduces the CD on Q for 1 sec, stacks twice. So it takes two Qs to get the CD down to 2sec, before any CDR.

His W does about 260 magic dmg in an aoe at lvl 5. The healing has a cap on minions. 80-260 i think? It works really good in team fights as you get healing off all the damage enemies takes from any sources.

His E is really sick. It basically accelerates you for 4 seconds, I remember getting 600 something movement speed at level 5 with mobility boots at the end of the duration. It has a fairly high base damage, 80 max dmg at level 1, 150 at level 2 and 360 at level 5 max bonus damage for your next hit. I'm not sure how far away it is necessary to reach the max bonus damage yet tho.. oh and upon impact you and your target will be knocked forward slightly. This skill is really good at both engaging and disengaging.

His ultimate makes him charges across the field doing magic damage(100 initial + 50 at level 1) and does a 1 sec aoe fear at the impact area. It kinda like Sejuani's Q and works wonders as a gap closer. This synergies really well with E. Use E from far away, use ulti to close in, and then bam, tons of damage.

I can't draw a conclusion on wether he is good or not, as I have only played against noobs :p
gonna go play a few more games with him now.

She still kinda useless in lane, imo.

I know, but considering the Blue buff nerfs last patch she in the same spot she was in before. It great her Q costs 5/10/15/20 less mana on levesl 2/3/4/5 but she still mana starved as hell. Not only that many mage picks flat out out range her Q with nukes that deal more damage and are much easier to use. Take Ahri for example... not only her Q have a 80 range advantage it deals twice the damage, and has higher scaling... and then her auto attack is 25 range higher than ori's.

They scale back her damage so that she has to rely on her passives AA boost, but her AA's like one of the shortest compared to the resft of the mages in the game.

Even if you really really really want a Utility mage I'd say just taking a Zilean, Galio, Moragan or even say an AP Janna/Lulu gives you a much better lane presence, much better AP ratios/scaling, and pretty well similar levels of utility all the while being significantly easier to play.

Orianna prolly my favorite champion in the game, but she just not competitively viable compared to some other picks.
