Riot logic was literally that MR quints were too strong, so lets nerf everything related to MR and buff damage even more so we can get more 100-0 lanes. Awesome. It's going to swing from defensive setups where people do a reasonable amount of damage to glass cannon set ups with heavy AP/Mpen and little MR so the damage is going to shift a lot more than just a couple AP worth. Teemo is probably going to get over-buffed. I have no faith in their ability to get the numbers right on exp changes. The horse champ sounds okay on paper, but the AD sounds OP. | ||

whenever there is a nerf//buff people always overreact and think it's going to have way more impact than it does when the total MR at level 18 is only like -4 it's going to still be viable as long as the AP buffs aren't too excessive | ||

At the same time, I really don't see why they would nerf the marks, seals and and quints, but I guess it doesn't really matter since they are rarely ever used. | ||

Considering you have champs balanced around their ability to burst people 100-0 I think being able to run a rune page that negates this is pretty OP and stupid. | ||
