On some champions once you hit 6 you can just leave lane and give up your tower to roam bot/enemy jungle for kills. | ||

Getting something done 5 seconds faster is way more important in a lot of situations than getting it done 100 mana cheaper. | ||

If not doing it puts him out of position for too long then it's bad, but if doing so leaves him too short on mana for a fight later then that's bad. | ||

There's no way annie is going to be getting away with a lot of cs, against alot of the current ap meta, without being poked out of lane, ie ziggs, cass, anivia, ahri, and so on. Even if she can get out of lane post6, there are champions post6 that just wreck her in this category, and still win lanephase easier. The reason I say god tier, is because in teamfights, There aren't taht many ap mid champs that can keep up with annie's raw burst* aoe damage, and cc. A tibbers stun onto multiple people is nothing to laugh at. | ||
