The thing about AD Kennen, though, is that he has a toolkit built around stunning people and racing around at top speed and, because he uses energy, his utility in that regard isn't dependent on what items he builds. It's actually also a very useful toolkit for an AD player (especially with his W scaling). AD Malz seems like it he doesn't have anything that really makes going AD more worthwhile than on anyone else. I mean, his ult is a channeled spell, so he can't even auto-attack during his biggest cc. On the other hand - I can't knock it till I've tried it, of course. And if others are having success with it, then it obviously has merit. Whether or not a large part of that merit is simply shock-value and catching other players off guard or not remains to be seen. | ||

Annie being underplayed is more the result of a few minor nerfs and the surge in popularity of more abusive mid laners like pre-nerf Brand. Annie's laning isn't exactly the greatest seeing how her ability to win a lane is more or less dependent on her passive. She wins trades when it's up, but loses trades when it's down. | ||

His voidlings have 1:1 ad scaling and scale with arp, saying he doesnt have anything that really makes going AD more worthwhile than on anyone else is just plain stupid. Ofc it's not as good as your traditional ad carry, but ad kennen isn't as good as ad trist or any other ad carry with a steroid either. | ||

Riot really should upgrade their champion packs, they were good when the game was new, you got most of the champs, now you barely get any and you don't get any of the newer ones. | ||

Most of the common AP mids now-a-days have either reliable/huge amounts of CC, sustain damage (spellvamp) or high amounts of mobility, so they can survive much easier against melees late-game. Main reason why AoE bursters like Annie/Brand aren't being played that much anymore. | ||

She's really reliant on flash tho, and in the above case it's something Xerath probably could have done too. Also, I find her laning really obnoxious. I'm willing to listen to advice, but her ability to trade with her stun, or just simply abuse her range and low cd on Q to bully long cd- or combo reliant- champs as soon as level 1 makes her one of the most annoying laners mid in my experience, if she ever decides to play balls out aggressive and zone you. | ||
