The biggest thing I was thinking about on the parry passive is just how strong it can make Fiora's lvl 1 fighting ability. You could go in with a full armor pen rune page and take parry lvl 1, so at lvl 1 you'll have 31flat|10% penetration and +18AD. That's a pretty impressive considering that it comes with an active that will allow you to easily trade favourably at lvl 1.
I think her ult is kinda weird though, in how it's really just better in team fights than 1v1 duels. I also wish her E had a passive component.

True, in team fights it is just as likely to block a mage's 80 damage AA and a carry's 800 damage crit.
Really strong 1v1 though as expected.

Not at all equally likely. You're assuming that both the mage and the carry are autoattacking the same amount which is obviously never going to happen.

You have to keep in mind that the parry skill has a long CD and you can't anticipate when the huge crit is coming. You "might" be able to anticpate when the mage will blow his CDs on you and usually they have more than 1 nuke. If they are smart, they will just bait you to use your parry then blow everything on you. Having the skill does not = auto win. If you are facing Tryn or Yi, you will lose having parry or not.

If the parry skill has a long cooldown I don't see how you beat GP when he parrrleys you every 3 seconds.

well, it can be worth it if u can chug them out during champ select, i guess. I wouldn't go out of my way to do them tho.

Fiora seems really strong. I played her once definitely doesn't seem weak I went like 2 dblades wits hog phage randuins trinity but might get wriggles instead because lifesteal hella good on her.

I have very big complaints about this patch. They said they buffed Explosive shot to 625. I tested it ingame, it's at most 600 range. I was even more annoyed by the fact that whenever I tried to apply it on urgot he ( and his Sona friend ) would take me to half HP :o).
