O_O I've heard SV say that like 20 times, my bad >< Ya too started it by jungling bear and going around saying "im a bear"
I used to shout "HI IM A TREE" whenever I killed someone as Maokai. Then he got popular. =(

I believe Saint is the "i'ma a dragon!" while TOO is the "IMA ABuR"
though at this point I believe they both toss the phrases around.
I myself also yelled out "I'ma a tree I don't care!" when ganking and starting fights.

I just remember stating "Tree > Rock" at the start of a game where I jungled Maokai with enemy top being Malphite. He did better than me in the end, tho.
As for the "normals are for learning" thingy, I've always been insulted or looked at funny when I offered to give some tips to someone who failed, or didn't do particularly bad but had some gaping flaws. A friend made fun of me for no being really diplomatic, but I don't offer anymore either way.

Atmas Impaler translates that to damage

So, now that I'm about to hit 30 and venture into ranked games, I was hoping I could get some tips from some pro TLers.
A couple of questions I'm curious about are: 1. How do you deal with jungle Shaco? This asshole always tends to ruin my fun when I'm wrecking people mid. I tend to keep a ward up on at least one side-brush at all times, but otherwise I have to tower-hug since he gets so fed from the other lanes/our jungler.
2. Assuming I'm dominating my mid lane(I'd probably get smashed by you guys, but I'd say I can beat the opposing mid 80% of the time unless I get ganked or straight outplayed), what could I do to improve our chances of winning? Keep farming? Gank nonstop? Sometimes I feel like when I go to gank, my team backs off or the other team is warded and I wasted time.
3. Who is an effective jungler to add to my list? Currently I play Rammus(always banned though apparently), Trundle(usually do great or horrible with him), Yi, and learning Lee Sin.
4. How do you prevent yourself from getting frustrated by moronic/troll teammates when your team should be winning, but are now losing because they throw the game? It gets annoying by the 3rd game it happens in normals, so I imagine in ranked it'd be even more frustrating.
5. What's considered a good ELO to sit at? In HoN I sat around 1650-1700, which was decent IMO. Trying to get to a similar or higher skill level than that.
6. And lastly, do you setup an AP Carry as a squishy, glass cannon? Or some build for some tankiness as well?
Thanks in advance for any replies <3

Thanks in advance for any replies <3 1 - moar wards and very careful the first 10 minutes 2 - either push to their tower and gank other lanes/counter jungle or kill them under their tower after harassing 3 - YOU CAN'T MILK THOSE. #1 solo queue jungler 4 - /ignore all, and follow them around if they derp. They can't read your mind. 5 - 1k4 is the mid range I'd say 6 - depends

More improvements are being planned, especially with regards to the Tribunal heuristics. Personally I think the Tribunal is a decent system but I'd argue that most of the statistics you describe in this infographic are undesired. For example, 76% of report-ees being on the losing team is probably not a situation you want to happen because it suggests that people are being reported just because they lost the game. I think most ban-able behavior is present regardless of whether you won or lost a game. Similarly, 94% of people reported to the Tribunal being punished seems extraordinarily high.

Thanks in advance for any replies <3 1) Ban him 2) Push your lane then roam, rinse & repeat 3) Skarner super faceroll soloqueue jungler 4) It's like in starcraft, you lose enough ladder points/whatever sc2 uses after a while to random stuff that you stop caring. 5) Honestly if you're 1250+ you're decent. If you want to be good then it's more like gold+ (1500s~). But even at gold there are a lot of baddies so even then I'm not sure 6) Kind of a really vague question since we don't know what champion you're talking about. Or you could pick ryze and not have to ask it.

TSM scimming CLGeu right about now.
Hopefully this time they don't argue about winning lol

And she does it well too, since she can push to the tower like no one's business and then just zoom zoom away.

i havnt used tribunal recently, but did when it came out, but 94% doesn't seem like a big deal to me since every person I got had 8+ games where a bunch of ppl report them in recent history, so it's not like every report makes it to tribunal (as far as I kno), so chances are, most of those ppl deserve punishment.

I wanted to comment on this specifically because other people have already answered your other questions. It's hard to get into this mindset but I think the best way to approach solo queue (an idea I borrowed from Utahime) is to make your objective to play well and get better, not to win the game. A lot of the time, whether or not your team wins the game is out of your control so trying really hard to win the game and then losing because your teammates did something stupid will make you really frustrated and eventually lead to you going on tilt. On the other hand, if you can keep calm and just focus on your own play, you can be satisfied even in losing games and will often end up winning just because you're playing well.

Most of the recent tribunal cases I've looked at (say 95% of the last 30 or so) have been situations where a person has 3-5 games worth of "verbal abuse" or "intentional feeding". I'd say 60-70% of these are obvious offenders and I punish easily.
However, the rest are cases where, for example, a player gets reported for verbal abuse for some minor swearing in a game where their KDA is really good and the rest of their team is "verbally abusing" the report-ee just as much. Or, worse yet, it's an intentional feeding report where the person went 3-5 and looks like they're actually trying. I don't see either of these as punish-worthy cases. It might just be coincidence that I've seen a lot of stuff like this but 94% still sounds high.
