AP Talon and 6 ninja tabi yi are troll builds. And even then, you'd have to know the yi didn't realize tabi's unique didn't stack. I personally don't feel like the tribunal does enough. If my griefers and leavers are being banned for a week at a time, it certainly doesn't show them as having changed their behaviors. Why get 4 longswords if you can get 4dblades? Someone with 4 dblades isn't going to die or get outfarmed by someone with 4 vamp scept. Not to mention having 4 vamp scepts makes you pretty shitty in ganks/any small skirmishes that can happen for whatever reason. | ||

They just have to outsustain and zone. I was trying to make things simple by using longswords since Dblades also provide lifesteal. It's hard to think of a situation where someone with 4 vamp scepters can zone someone with 4 dblades but it might be possible. | ||
