i am quite insulting a lot of the time, but ive never been punished. seems that maybe when im insulting, everyone agrees.

i mean i never do offensive ggs and i never say "plz deinstall" or "get dunked". but if someone messes up i let them know about it. because then next time when i dont respond to their ping, they know why, i dont trust them to do their job. so like i said, never resulted in a ban.

ad malph is far from troll build. wrigle atmas and some hp is completely legitimate and even like stuff like ie or pd or bc i wouldn't call troll. stuff like wota hex visage could seem trollish when it was first done and i have heard of triple vamp scepter start on nasus being good. the things i would consider troll is like ap talon or mo boots 2 zeal and shit like that.

I'm kinda with you there. I can get pretty mean, but it's never unwarranted. I have yet to be banned or ever receive a warning.

I think, as a whole, the system works. Sure, there might be some glitches or outliers, but for that vast majority, it seems relatively successful.

in what way is triple vamp sceptor good? i mean its not useless, but thats not the same as good. life steal scales with time-to-die. the harder you are to kill the better. its like any other defensive stat, it scales linearly with itself and multiplicitively with others

Nasus would get that for sustain not for eh fighting, triple vamp probably not optimal but a single vamp scepter could be worth consideration along with the passive, the problem with that though is that he can't really build it into anything useful. Unless.. Zeke's herald was usable with him along with Glacial Shroud for reaching CDR cap when you finish Frozen Heart? Interesting idea, I guess, but Shurelya is probably still better.

It scales at a 1:1 ratio with your attack damage. Most of the time people build up +3-20x(or something) their base attack damage (before runes, masteries and items), but only about 12-15% lifesteal. This really hurts your survivability and dueling capabilities. Building 4 vamp scepters provides 48% lifesteal. Imagine if you're fighting against someone with 4 longswords now. Nasus at level 5 has 70 base attack damage. We'll assume two nasus's did not spec into the offence tree and don't have and AD runes. We'll ignore their passive and all their abilities and their armor.

Nasus 1 will deal 70 damage a hit and heal about 35
Nasus 2 will deal 110 damage a hit
The advantage seems to go to Nasus 2 as Nasus 1 loses 5 more hp per hit. But if you imagine the two back off for a second after a trade, Nasus 1 will bring himself back up to full off creeps, and be able to trade again vs a weakened Nasus 2.

AP Talon and 6 ninja tabi yi are troll builds. And even then, you'd have to know the yi didn't realize tabi's unique didn't stack.

I personally don't feel like the tribunal does enough. If my griefers and leavers are being banned for a week at a time, it certainly doesn't show them as having changed their behaviors.

It's only going to be "better" in early situations, though. Once the other guy starts building his items into bigger ones, he's going to simply wipe the floor with you. Even if it has a specific circumstance where it's okay, it doesn't mean it's good.

but its not all about a lvl 5 trade. what about the nasus who has dorans shield, cloth armor and a ruby gem? he will transition better into the mid game

better yet if i was working on a pure nasus vs nasus playstyle i would rush glacial shroud, give 0 fucks and farm under my own tower even if he can out trade with me, he cant trade under my turret.

like i said, vamp sceptor stacking is bad, not useless, but still bad. it having 1 possible application, a level 5 nasus vs nasus battle isnt a good enough plan ;/

I haven't really tried it out but if it lets you win lane (zone from cs completely) and you just build into other lifesteal items for better dueling in teamfights it is defensible at least in theory. Don't get into the nitty gritty of "level 5 nasus vs lvl 5 nasus." It'd be something fun to try and not particularly "trollolol I'm gonna feed on purpose".

I've tried vamp scepter stacking on jungle nasus and twitch in bot games. Didn't really like it on Nasus. I still go wriggles first on twitch but its defensible there.

Nasus can't zone with triple vamp scepter...

Nasus can't pressure, especially with no mana and no mana regen. Sure, he might be able to not get ever below full, but that doesn't really happen. Nasus isn't someone who can harrass a person off the lane even with actual offensive items and definitely not with that. Triple vamp scepter is also completely useless against ranged stuff and if you can't go near the creeps so it's a very bad form of sustain as well. Basically you'd die to every gank while your Q farm would be far below what it should be and you also wouldn't be properly able to lasthit under the tower because you wouldn't have enough damage and also wouldn't have the mana necessary to spam Q continuously.

Glacial Shroud in nasus vs nasus actually makes you probably win the trades and it's just about the best possible item to rush on him along with the philo stone. However the idea of Zeke's herald seems a bit interesting as all the stats seem quite nice, still I'm kind of sad that they removed the -20 armor aura that the old starks had.

So cuz im bored at work, here is T_D's list of the 3 best jungles that you can win with by just being smarter than the enemy team:

1- shyv: farm/get ahead, win game.
2- gp: dito
3- shaco: kill idiots, backdoor, kill more idiots.

Would any experienced junglers mind giving their thoughts on which champion has the greater carry potential between Gangplank and Nocturne?

I've yet to see a Nocturne not go legendary in the few ranked matches I've played, yet I'm under the impression GP is significantly stronger lategame. The jungle tier list has Nocturne higher than Gangplank, I'm just wondering if anyone could give me some answers as to why Nocturne is ranked higher, and whether he is indeed the more solid jungle pick for solo queue.

GP can get strong enough that he can just superman enemy teams while Nocturne generally can't. That said, it's a lot easier to get your team snowballing early since Nocturne has really easy ganks while GP has really poor ganks. GP's ult+e makes for stronger team fighting and he cares less about whether or not the enemy team is tanky. It's hard to get jungle GP to the superman point, though.

Are we just supposed to imagine it? Because he needs an Iedge and 4 bloodthirsters and a fully stacked soto and the bloodthirsters have to be fully stacked and he has to run full crit damage runes and his entire team has to spec for him and his enemy has to let him get close enough before killing him and he only has a 25% chance of doing that. Hard to imagine it working in a real game.
