The thing is, calling mia has become so customary, that people see you call mia and the still continue playing like they were on auto-pilot. I've been guilty of that a couple of times myself. So I've just started following my opponent cuz your teammates definitely respond if they see you walking towards their lane. | ||

Bot lane should have wards anyway so they should be able to see exactly where cass is. It's bad luck that they died assuming you called/pinged it. However at the same time Cass probably wasn't that stupid to go down there since it obviously caught them off-guard. If you really want to carry games that's the sort of thing you have to do, even though it's best to just afk farm, you have to try be active to win other lanes for your team since they might be worse than their opponents. | ||

However, bot somehow gets caught completely out of position and cass get a double kill on them as well as first blood. Bot yells at me for not controlling my lane. We buy and go back mid, but now I am really defensive because cass is now much stronger than me. Level 6 or 7 she leaves again and goes bot, this time I follow her down there and somehow a huge fight comes up, she triple kills bot lane and GP, but I kill their bot lane. But during this whole time Udyr is at my turret mid and takes it down. Now Cass is mega fed and I have no tower, she kills me in lane once so i'm 2-1 to her 6-0. Now she starts going bot every opportunity and they just dive our bot with alistar. Cass gets another triple kill on bot and jungle GP, and continues to just farm kills off of bot lane. Bot lane is now super pissed at me, yelling at me that I need to follow my lane and control etc. I dont feel like I can follow Cass to bot because she is going right through our jungle, and If she just waits in a bush or I meet her in there, she will kill me 100%, I cant fight her straight up and I dont think I could ever fight her straight up after her first double kill. Anyway Cass just farms bot and gets more fed than I have ever seen anyone get in ranked (like 22-2), we are totally destroyed. During this whole time my friend Nid top is just shitting on Talon and pushing T2, he never leaves his lane and neither does talon. Everyone is angry at me after the game for letting Cass roam and get hugely fed, but I feel like I couldn't follow her after her first kills which she should never have gotten if bot had been paying attention. I felt there was really nothing I could do at that point. I called her MIA and pinged every time, I even came down the second time and got 2 kills, and I tried to follow her later in the game and got jumped on in our jungle and killed by her in 3 seconds. So what do you think? Did I fuck up? What should have happened in this situation? There are two things that can happen when someone leaves their lane. You start taking more cs and push the tower so they lose the tower/cs if they leave, or you follow them around. If the enemy mid wants to lose cs for the chance at kills bot, there isn't anything you can do to stop or control him. If you can't clear the wave or take turrets quickly and choose to stay in your lane, you are making Cass lose very little for attempting a gank. Also ping furiously instead of just once, one ping seems like you were saying he "might" be going bottom. Also it sounds like you were blue side and could have warded by your wraiths. Cass was your lane opponent, and it's your job to be more useful to your team than she is for your opponents. You can't control if bot dies to her from a gank, but you can control whether you do more for your team. If it's 5 minutes into a game and you are so helpless that all you can do is ping, you need to like go find someone that can help your play or find a better champion or something. There's a difference between needing levels or items to scale, and pressing shift click (and considering pinging is essentially doing nothing, the difference is infinite). | ||

If she was showing signs of wanting to roam, either clear the wave and push down her tower or follow her. Personally, I would have erred on the side of staying and pushing, especially since your team seemed determined to die. It just sounds like the other team was better than yours though, especially if cass is getting triple kills at whim. | ||

Edit: to clarify a little bit more, if your team is pushed to enemy tower, you need to follow enemy mid who leaves. But if it's like you said it was, bot is at allied tower and still die, that's entirely not your fault. Make the right calls (most of the time, imo). Sometimes you just get rolled with a bad team. Keep your plays clean regardless. | ||

Just had a game where I was top tryn, because we had a last second join of instalock Udyr... and I'm vs. Sion. He opens Dblade and I opened Gloves and pots, and our Udyr goes to their Red to gank their jungle Shen. Basically he gets raped by Shen and Sion. I made the mistake of following to try to help, but he dies before I can get there, and I get exhausted and die. So I'm vs. the 2-0 Sion who now has 2 DBlades and Boots, and I only have Gloves, a ward, and pots. Then, Udyr does the same exact thing! He goes in and dies. Now I was a little pissed off, Sion was harassing the shit out of me, I couldn't CS at all, and he got a lucky crit that he comboed to flash in and kill me. Here I was, 0-2 trynd vs a 4-0 Sion. It was sucking. I get a vamp scepter and an Avarice Blade and go back into lane. By now I am lvl 6 and he is 8. I thought this would be surrender at 20. So I go all out and try to CS and harass to get back into the game. I push hard, 100% Fury push is pretty scary for the record, and he is under his turret. I see from my ward that Shen is coming, so ofc I back up, but he waits in river bushes. Sion gets his stun off and I start taking tons of hits. I flash and then spin to under my turret but the Sion dives me. I have almost no health left, but get a few good crits on Sion so now he is hurting. Shen ults to him to try to finish me off, but ofc I press R and then spin and auto shen a few times. The tower finishes Sion off and I chase Shen a little ways and kill him. Their gank turned into the dreaded reverse double. Now I'm feeling ok and push his tower super hard. I have double buff and get the tower and have passed him in CS. Now he comes back and I just kill him with better play. I go back and finish my wriggles and get a BF sword. Then I gank bot, who has almost died and been feeding this whole time. I end up getting a quadra at the 15, even though most of my team died. From this point on I just roam around and rape these noobs with my new IE. I end up going 21-2-2 because of some klutch ultis, and ofc we win the game. I am three-shotting the enemy lux and really just destroying them, even in 3v1s. TL;DR I had a fail early game with trynd, but then after a really fail gank and an overconfident Sion, I end up wining my lane and then the game by being fed and playing smart. Please don't ever feed a Trynd. | ||

I mean, he works, but he was barely played competitively compared to many other champions before they beat him with the remake stick. Now? I dunno. He has the same burst, but none of the survivability. You just need to be REALLY REALLY fed to make him work, since now you need to buy damage AND EHP, whereas before you only needed to be REALLY fed to buy damage. | ||

Ahri Fox Fire range increased to 850 instead of 800 not sure if serious why would they even consider even SLIGHTLY buffing one of the best ap mids in the game? O_O Thornmail Returned damage reduced to 15% instead of 30% The damage is now returned as true damage instead of magic damage O_O huge implications for thornmail as a late-game item | ||

well the first one is probably a timer to show when move-quick's passive is up the second one is a trist range-increase buff | ||

Draw a Bead (Innate): Tristana increases her autoattack range by 9 every time she levels up (does not include level one). At level 18, the bonus is 153 (703 total range). Where does 77 or 82 fall in there? | ||
