I understand he doesn't have the sustain of most other top laners but as another champion without mana, he can just lane and last hit with Q. I can't see how relevant he is in a team fight though. Your options are Q and run in with E on and headbutt some kids but in a 5v5, Q is almost never hit your intended target and you just become a glorified melee attacker. Mundo is fun but I've never managed to pull my weight after 20 min into the game. Wat dew? | ||

Rammus nerf won't matter. Skarner nerf is pretty huge, more on his ultimate than anything, because his passive let him get rid of almost 1/3rd of the cd just by farming the jungle. Also with the reduction on mundo w health cost he's even better in the jungle now. Riven nerf doesn't matter much, I'd still buy her. Vayne nerf hurts (good). Nunu had one of the lowest attack speeds in the game (with his max level w he'd get up to the base attack speed of other champions). Also did they reduce the time it takes to change pages in the shop? | ||

That ult is massive damage, and he provides OK utility to the team in the form of a pretty good stun in addition to the instant silence. Following up another AoE initiator with his ult will silence the enemy and prevent escape, while doing huge AoE damage. I really think Viktor is comparable to Brand right now, if not even a bit better :3 Neither are good, could use some "QoL" adjustments somewhere down the line, but no rush. Also lasers are fun. Rylai'd ult screams "go in, Fiddle!" like no other. Especially once you've got your own WotA to entice him. | ||

You'd need a tanky jungler though. He's not useless but there are a better picks. | ||
