Spend 20 minutes CSing under tower, hope you have some kind of cc or burst on your support, get a pink ward or oracles on your support and ask your jungler kindly to apply pressure.
Not much you can do about it in a vacuum though.

Granted, it's at all ELOs, all servers, and obviously items like boots are going to be bought more often than lategame items considering all the stomps.
As for zerkers WW... well, I saw someone berate his WW teammate in /all because he rushed BR (which is fine) instead of stacking AS and lifesteal to use the passive. Nearly got flamed when I tried to politely tell him of how good cdr/tanky WW is.

Spamming autoattacks on me should be completely bannable aswell , it's unbearably annoying for me when it happens. If you can't deal with BUILT IN emotes then people can either disable their audio or stop playing.
Or complain to riot to remove them. It annoys me aswell when the enemy jungler camps my lane, should be bannable aswell because it's unbearably annoying and the only thing I can do is afk at fountain, doesn't matter if it's a part of the game, just like emotes.
Chat is one thing because riot can't exactly control it, they put the emotes in the game themselves however.

Zerker greaves are actually pretty good on pant, situational but they're def not bad.

I just noticed something extremely weird when watching some of stonewall's jungle videos. In his latest videos (Amumu, Pantheon) he's getting more exp and gold than is normal. Specifically:
50g and 142 exp from the Giant Wolf (normally 44g and 128exp).
138 exp from the Wraith (normally 105 exp).
48g and 141 exp from the Golem (normally 40g and 117exp).
The smaller creeps and buff camps were all yielding their normal values.
I looked back through a number of his other videos and it isn't consistent, some of them have the increased values and some of them don't. He always uses the normal SR map and I don't see the LoLReplay controls in any of his videos, so I don't know what's going on, but it's definitely odd.

Indeed take the extra time in norm, and rock those placement matches for an easy 1500-1600 or you're going to be stuck in elo hell til you win the lottery. Got my wife's account to 1600+ but can't even get mine above 1350, it's all in the placement matches.

If you're asking in relation to my "WTF is going on with jungle gold/exp?" question, then banking is irrelevant since 1) stonewall is killing at least one of the camps in question the moment it spawns and 2) banking isn't enabled until 3:30 game time, and even then there's the 45 second delay to get through before accumulation begins.

or do it like me and get 3 leavers in the first 4 games you play ranked. made a good impression on me lol
but either way:
if you care about winning and your ELO, then play normals until you think you have the ability to carry games a lot.
if you do not care about your ELO, but how good you play overall, then start playing ranked games immediately. Ranked games are in general more demanding, feel different, you have another mindset and people are supposed to be better than in normal games

No exp runes/masteries, not that it would make sense even if he had them. Exact masteries are posted with each video, but there wasn't any obvious correlation.

Perhaps my opponents were shit, perhaps people just need to get to know how to counter him, but I've been raping today with Viktor ^^ The poke from E is quite easy to land, and combined with Q gives huge burst early on, and once E's augmented the poke is insane. W is somewhat tricky to use but is a great defence against divers or to block of paths, and the ult is quite powerfull in it's own right, altho not too insane, its basically a silence-aoe with a weak dot afterwards. Still, I find him incredibly strong so far, and I'm not that good a player. Perhaps he stays at this lvl and as such can't perform at the high levels of play but damn I'm glad i got him ^^ (mid MU's i had today were Lux, Annie, Xerath, Ahri, Fizz)
