Skarner is better off with AS reds in my opinion, can't comment on Jax. Seems very likely he'd still want flat AD, but I haven't run the numbers.

I'd suspected that 21 defense was viable too but no one else recommended it so I stopped experimenting with it. I had no idea the difference 0/29/0 would make (i do 1/28/1 now with 2/2 tough skin instead of enlightenment). It lets you go even on farm against pretty much anyone until 6 at which point you can start beating their face in like normal. I'm also glad he finally realized the value of MR runes on Jax holy crap.
I'm not too anxious about the remake because Jax will be able to build merc treads while having full functionality of whatever they replace counter-strike with. Still bitter about dodge removal, but whatever.

No, and again it wouldn't make sense even if he was there.
I am also 100% certain that it's not a simple display error. If you watch his gold when he kills the creeps he's getting exactly as much as the pop-up text claims, whether you watch a video with the inflated values or one with the normal values.

His manapool is weakish but it's not all that horrid tbh, provided you dont use spells to finish off minions at least till you've got some dorans. In my experience the E hit's so hard that just "teasing" with it a bit does the harass job quite well, and a bit of zoning from there on makes it a lot easyer; if they want to come at you it's very easy hitting the laser followed by the Q. I've done a game against bot's to test out the various augmentations and I really liked the effect of the Q augment, since with rylais it gives insane kiting, but the passive effect is kinda meh'ish, I never felt the need for the extra range on W altho perhaps against a very heavy ranged-nuker team you could go for it to make them scatter, and basically the E augment just gives decent bang for its buck. 1200G for 45 AP is still kind of expensive ofcourse, but the dot on E is certainly worth it.
I generally start boots+3pot, then 2 dorans, then either sorcboots or augment (depending on when exactly I back), followed by Rylais into deathcap, and then just pick according to how the game goes. Again, I dont feel I'm that good of a player and I've been demolishing people today. I'll have some goes with the guy in ranked if I ever get the chance to AP (it seems like THE most wanted spot) but so far i'm certainly pleased.

So how are you supposed to build Poppy as kind of a tanky DPS? I've been testing a build that goes something like HoG + Philo -> Triforce -> FoN + Chainmail -> Infinity Edge -> Randuins Omen -> Phantom Dancer. It works okay but there's something...
Maybe I should go PD before IE for more movespeed? Maybe I'm building too much damage items and not enough survivability? Maybe I should instead of the IE go for Bloodthirster or Starks in order to have lifesteal too, which synergizes well with the passive when your HP pool is low?

My thoughts: Why are you debating what to get after you already spent like 10k? On Poppy even? I have no idea how you would reliably get so much farm on Poppy in more than 5% of your matches.

So I just checked out that Riot5 site. It has some pretty cool data. I would really like to see the numbers on Ban percentage though. I mean I know we say that Rammus and Shaco are banned literally 100% of the time, but I would like to know exactly what percentage they are. Because it isn't 100%

One could like, suggest items to the start of the build as well? I think I only have like the first 6.5k of items that I'm pretty certain of, and I don't think there's anything wrong with planning your item build past 20min?

I've sent him a message via Youtube, but I suspect he isn't aware of what's going on. Before Riot bumped up the exp values on camps slightly stonewall made a post on the forums stating that sometimes he'd hit level 2 doing Wraiths + Wolves, and sometimes he wouldn't (SEE: http://na.leagueoflegends.com/board/showthread.php?t=1599526). He thought this was due to banking, but wasn't aware of ggChronicle's data at the time.
I haven't found videos from any other sources where this happens, though I haven't had time to do a thorough search.
