CLGeu was DQ'd along with mtw when they couldn't come to an agreement over winnings/ranking points. I doubt ESL would bring back CLGeu to Kiev even if they are available.

However, here are the numbers on Jax' ult as they were in the spotlight. 20/35/50 AP/AD base, +20% of AP as additional AP and +20% of Bonus AD as additional AD. Bonuses are determined at cast time and do not update as buffs/procs fade.

Probably not strong enough to warrant building straight damage over tanky dps/bruiser/metablargl/whatever you want to call it, but pretty damn good. Do you happen to know the CD on it? Other than that, I kind of want to know the actual numbers on his new Counterstrike. I'm not on the bandwagon of "worst change ever", but they'll have to be pretty careful of making it too bad/good.

The CD looks to be 75s at level 12 and 60s at level 18, so I assume it's probably 90s at level 6. The new Counterstrike reads to me like Jax can win exchanges at will against Tryndamere and Udyr, but I don't know of any other solo top champions who primarily auto-attack.

For a single slot and 3k5 it's a wonderful item if you land 2-3 charged autos in a teamfight. But... You do it after raba :D Why would Cassio want it? Performing an autoattack interrupts your ability to cast, and Cassio's pretty much always going to have a spell she's going to want to cast rather than autoattack. Well, since Cassio is a sustain damage caster based on AP, inserting charged autos in her damage output could help her... Maybe ? Never played her but it doesn't sound to crazy since she is like an AD carry, and there are a few AD carries who make good use of Triforce :D For Cassio the time spent on all spell cds are used to reposition. You're almost never standing still spamming abilities, but either kiting away or chasing. Similarly, no one stands still against Cassio; they either are trying to catch up to kill you, or run away so they don't die. If they stand still one of you is playing it wrong. Occasionally you do get an autoattack but there's no reason to get Lichbane over the more important items, including: WOTA, Rylai, Deathcap, Void Staff. I've never had time where I've thought "man if I had Lichbane and he would have died" over one of those 4, and for a 6th slot I'd rather have QSS/GA/RoA.

That's a bit longer than other steroid ults, but not too terrible. 75 seconds will be plenty of time mid/late game. The auto attack bit helps against quite a few top champs. Against Riven, it helps dodge 1-2 passive procs, against GP everything but Parrrley, and of course helps against Kennen's stuns. It's a hard/soft counter to Trynd and Udyr, but will still be pretty strong against the others. Also, it means you can jump on them in their minion wave, hit them once, put up CS, and let their minons power it up for damage. That said, I'm taking it to the jungle, where it'll be pretty amazing, I think.
