That was pretty fun to hear. edit: CLG also seems to think that Fizz is a must learn for both Hotshot and jiji. | ||

now just running this through my head surely this will make the game more passive? if red buff is a slow at all (they talked about nerf but not removal) once the jungler is on you your probably dead either way. if they are getting more damage or some other bonus they will force people to be even more passive/defensive. | ||
