I mentioned in game last night that it's a huge Shyvana buff because her clearspeed is SO FAST that more choice simply means more farm. I feel this will be true for any AoE spam speed jungler (Udyr, Maokai, Olaf, Rammus, etc.) because their clearspeeds are so insane that they'll simply be more efficient with the jungle. Already if I'm against a slower jungler with Shyv you can see me jump out to multi-level leads because I clear so much faster than the opponent... this sort of effect may be exacerbated, especially if, as they say, the creep scales better into the late-game o_O | ||

There's also a strong possibility of decreasing the number of champions who can jungle, as there are comparatively few fast aoe farmers. | ||

I don't think anyone can say without having played it where it'll put junglers from a power perspective. But promoting a farmier jungle seems strange and unappealing. Which is exactly the opposite of what they did with the flash/CV nerfs.
