Im not sure any other ap carries really care about flash as much as annie does. Maybe morg as well, and kennen to a lesser extent. I think all the others should be fine, given that it is a reduction to everyone.

That's all fine and good until something that 3 shots you is jumping into your face and, oh look, I can't flash far enough away or my flash still has 20 seconds on cd.

Hypercarries are just going to take cleanse now and rape your squishies, since exhaust was literally the only thing keeping them at bay. Yeah, Cleanse is going to be viable now, and on things like Jax/Kog/Vayne/Trynd almost mandatory.
Oh jeez Cleanse Xin might be silly.

You still want ghost on stuff such as Olaf and nasus though. Back when ghost was more popular shurelyas didn't exist/wasn't really gotten often because it wasn't really understood to be retardedly good. Wat. Shurelya's is an amazing item on MANY champs. Pretty much all the initiating tanks and many bruisers.

I don't like that get out of jail free feeling to it, and a lot of people feel the same way.

Nerfing flash might be really good in her case, to help alleviate the flash-ult-zhonya's bullshit. I say this as a morg player
Edit: I don't agree with the notion that flash has to be removed, I think nerfing it (as riot is doing) is probably the best. It'd be nice for characters to have some choice in more than one of their summoners.

Lol, thanks. I always stopped scrolling on the background page when I got to the background/quotes. O.O
I was wondering why they'd keep the patch notes for items so obvious... But I'm just retarded.
Alright, back to number crunching (Morello's > Rabadon's? Me think so)

Oh hey, I just got $10 worth of RP, should I get Udyr or Skarner? Got excited about Udyr when we were talking about him yesterday (day before?), but Skarner is on sale today. Both are kinda similar, naturally tanky champs who can lane or jungle and have built in sustain. I'm thinking Skarner, but haven't played him since his free week. Never tried Udyr.

does ur elo still decay when u haven't played 10 games yet

They claim to want to do these changes to encourage aggressive play. Flash is like the main reason why people get aggressive in lane phase. I know that I play way more aggressive in lane when I AP mid if my Flash is up and if it's on CD then I have to play like a little bitch unless I know exactly where enemy jungle is. I'm not saying the change is bad, it might be good, but I agree with Craton in that it hurts APs a lot and I don't understand Riot's reasoning for it if they're truly trying to encourage aggressive play with the summoner changes.
Also, just wanted to say, itemizing Flash is a terrible idea imo. You'll either end up with an item that has great all around stats for everyone and will thus be bought by everyone or you'll have an item that offers bad stats and/or stats that not all champions might need (let's say it gives AS, crit chance and Flash). In option 1 where it offers decent stats that everyone can use (like more health or hp regen) it will become an item that nearly everyone will buy. In option 2 it'll basically be a huge nerf to people who rely on Flash, essentially telling them that they only get 5 item slots instead of 6 (because if you're Alistar or Annie it doesn't matter what that item gives you, you'll pretty much have to buy it every game).

Alright, back to number crunching (Morello's > Rabadon's? Me think so) Morello's is only useful if you're not going to get bluebuff. With blue + 9/0/21 masteries you have 34% cdr at level 18 (you can get a blue elixir for the last 6% if you want) (and obviously it means you also never run out of mana). So if you have bluebuff you're wasting all the gold you spent on mp5 and CDR on Morello's.

So, champs it is for me.

As for CV, they could've just removed the mastery and it would've made it much better. Imagine irelia with mercs and cleanse then! :D like 80% cc reduction trollolol (my phone autocorrects trollolol to" frilly ok" ...wtf?)

Flash is the utility mobility Summoner and Ghost is the brute force mobility Summoner. When the vast majority of your scenarios naturally favor the utility spell due to uneven terrain and zone control CC, the brute force option has to have fucking crazy numbers to ever be worth it. At least that's my take on the comparison and why Ghost needs to be rebuffed... badly. The other thing about Ghost is that with its previous numbers, it doubled as a map mobility tool--you could ghost into a fight from quite a ways away, and still have enough uptime on it during the fight for it to be useful. Alternatively, a squishier champ could activate ghost earlier, after everyone is committed to the fight, but before there's actually someone focused on you, and be able to kite effectively before anyone has laid their slows on you.

Get udyr and the primal skin. Both are on sale!

this is unwatchable
um um um um um um ummmmmmmmmmmmmm

I'm thinking more along the lines of Ghost reducing the effectiveness of slows than actual duration reduction.
