Duh I hope the flash nerfs are minor. I'd rather see some ghost buffs than flash nerfs tbh.

A lot of AD carries have mobility, short of Kog. Trist's is good, it's super high range will be even better with Flash being shorter range. Tumble will be better because Flash may not immediately overtake it, same with Cait's jump. Graves' E is already stupid good with the built in CDR, probably as good or better than Ez's.

I'm kind of scared of the Flash nerf. I have a good sense of which walls I could flash over and which ones I can't, so hopefully this won't change too much

Flash kind of lets you "ignore" her slow by just Flashing the distance even though you're slowed, the shorter range makes her slow better for escapes, I'd say.

I would expect Surge to not stack with other Surge summoners; it'll probably give a debuff similar to the Heal debuff. However, there is also zero reason to think that it wouldn't stack with other auras such as Taric's ult, which is what Requizen was asking. Like, do you think hitting Surge means you lose WotA, Stark's, and Aegis as well? lol

I'm still wondering why they aren't doing anything to Clarity tho, as it's by far the worse of them all. XD

Definitely. They could also try adding some other cool effect to it, like having it reduce your cooldowns by a second or something.

Uh, the only AD carries with good mobility spells are Ez, Trist, and Corki imo. Yeah, Vayne and Cait have some minor ones but they certainly aren't as good as Flash and as such a Flash nerf hurts them (Vayne can't even use tumble to get across walls).
The only way a nerf to Flash will change AD carry preferences is it might make people play more Ez, Trist, Corki while creating a slight de-emphasis on Kog, Vayne, Cait, maybe Graves (haven't played him, can't comment on him). But this all depends on how much of a range nerf Flash is getting and how big of an increase the CD is going to be.

Well the thing is, Flash nerf hurts both sides. The AD carry loses a flash but so does the enemy bruiser/mage. I'm not saying the tradeoff is the same for all roles but my point of view is that ghost vs ghost makes it slightly easier for the AD carry to live vs bruiser/nuker than flash vs flash, since there's a longer reaction time allowed.

Is it the closest possible valid point from where you are penetrating collision from? Or is it the closest valid position along a ray starting from where you flashed from, pointing to where you flashed to? I think you always end up along that ray.
Maybe I haven't noticed how it works close enough.
