I dont know for champs with self healing and life steal i think perseverance can be good for like ww for example or udry or things in that vain | ||

It's worded to affect regeneration only (mp5 and hp5 stat). It would be way better if it affected healing effects as well. | ||

I would assume the DoT was removed when the active was reworked to apply Grievous Wounds(the Malz patch). | ||
