I would be absolutely certain that they don't except for the fact that a top jungler thinks that they do, but I am pretty sure that that's not the case. Even if they did, a Recurve Bow would be more Baron dps than the Razors, no?
Here's an old red post, not sure if things have changed since then: http://na.leagueoflegends.com/board/showthread.php?t=439982

Count how many top players take Good Hands over Perseverance.
Just because they're good at the game doesn't mean they always make optimal decisions.

Agreed, but at least that's a small optimization they're missing out on. This is a 1000g investment that's mostly wasted. lololol
But yep, don't know how Saint doesn't know that they don't stack. zz

But yep, don't know how Saint doesn't know that they don't stack. zz Well it's not relevant most of the time, the information isn't readily accessible (it took some time to dig out that red post), and it's pretty annoying to test (you have to autoattack for a pretty long time and count procs/autoattacks in order to distinguish between 20% and 32% beyond a reasonable doubt).
Honestly, the fact that information like this isn't easily accessible is Riot's fault, if anything.

Agreed, don't know what's hard about including this type of information in the tooltip for Wriggle's/Razors and Sheen/Lich Bane/Triforce.

Assume you're a champion made of Grade A garens, and for whatever reason you have 100 hp regen per 5 seconds (which is pretty difficult by itself). Then Perseverance is effectively equivalent to half of a Rejuv bead.
Yeah, I'd take Good Hands any day. Respawning 5 seconds earlier lategame when Baron is on the line could actually make a difference.

Who takes perseverance over good hands lol.
boooo hooooooo 4/6% less hp/mana regen.
that's like .1 hp per 5, so 50 seconds of hp regen and you get 1 hp more.
good hands, late game other people have 60 second death timers, you have 54. 6 seconds is the difference from being at blue buff or wraith area or at baron.

I mean, in general there's just a lot of weird little stuff that is useful knowledge (e.g. Heimer's W uses the 35% Rylai's slow, but Sona's Q, which has almost identical mechanics, uses the 15% slow), but isn't really accessible through any Riot sources--a lot of it is compiled on the LoL Wiki, but a player-compiled source can only be so good.

That's my point. Jiji takes Perseverance. Chauster takes Perseverance. Why? (The world will never know)

Pretty sure top players don't take good hands under the assumption that they'll never die

Preseverance is utter garbage, especially since you cannot expect to never die. + Show Spoiler +Especially not w/o Pokéball nails.

Perseverance #1 brave mastery
On the subject of uncommon knowledge, losing vision of morg when she ults you makes you lose vision of the shackles, even if they are still on you I valkyried away from morg when she ulted (she is in the brush somewhat below twitch), and the shackle disappeared to me and tapioca (even though I could see twitch in the bush) so we assumed I got out of it
![[image loading]](http://i.imgur.com/NFiLY.jpg) moments later, I got stunned as the ult went off, in retrospect I guess I could only see twitch in the brush because he was attacking me. Made me pretty sad because I could have easily escaped with flash if I knew I had to, and tapioca was saving his ult as well.

For example, if Nunu ults in bush you won't see the animation until you get into the bush but you'll still be slowed and the ulti icon will show up on your status bar. If you look at your screenshot, on your status bar above your abilities morg's ulti shows up.
