100% sure it's not worth my ip to upgrade from halloween to regular. Probably not worth it to buy regular over halloween also. That ip is gonna be more useful picking up rune pages which will give me much more net utility.

only increases ward range unless the wording is wrong

Hi I have hot LoL gossip that no one will care about. Remember saranghaeyo4, that guy who had high elo for the first part of the pre season? If you were wondering where he went (which you probably aren't) he sold his account which is why it has like 10 straight losses on it.
edit: this isn't even new lol

Well, i dont see what can we say to convince you. You have limited amount of places to put runes. You should get the best runes you can. Your IP is worth it, its not THAT much more expensive.

I have a much LESS limited number of places to put my runes because I bought discount runes and spent the ip on pages, lol.
There's a reason you're having a hard time coming up with something to convince me I'm wrong, it's because I'm not. it doesn't make sense to be all OCD about marginal rune values.

Wards are 1100 range so 1155 with that mastery. Edit: beaten cause phone is so slow D:
And it only affects wards from the wording. Not champion vision range :x
Also i'd much rather put the IP i saved for more champs, runes, etc so i can have more fun playing more than worry about negliable amounts of MS...

anyway, the extra 55 range doesn't sound like a whole lot ;;

What you say is partially true but ignores the fact that having 4.2% movespeed vs 4.5% movespeed literally does not affect your ability to learn to become a better player at all. If 0.3% movespeed does matter because of big money you're a pro and you're on the tournament server.

It's ignorant to say that having less than the maximum stats will never hurt you.
This is a kind of attitude that promotes raging. People think that a single loss on solo queue every 50 games because three of their runes aren't absolutely perfect is so important that they must always have the maximum advantage possible or else their average elo would drop 5 points. Well, it actually doesn't matter diddly squat. What matters is the fun you have and the stuff you learn.

0.3% of 400 is 1.2 MS. His math is fine.

TSM vs Dignitas round 2, TSM winning atm, just got baron slightly ahead in kills. Apparently TRM's Teemo does do well vs trynd. Oh but they also have a huge lead on towers, now taking out the last middle tower while Dig hasn't taken any towers.
|
Watching tsm vs dignitas atm. Really shows how important buff control is, regi's karthus would have gotten destroyed by kassadin but they took every single one of his blues. Would have been a totally different game.

Captain Teemo is just too strong vs Tryndamere !

The real question is if the vision increase is enough to ward the corner of tribush and still see the river (blue side champ warding purple top tribrush) I think at the moment you can BARELY see the river if you place the ward just right, while still having full vision of the 2 tribrush entrances and that brush area. Extra range could mean you can now place that ward and see much more of the river while still seeing the tribrush, meaning you are covered from both gank angles with a single ward.

I doubt it'll even be noticeable.

Why would "increases vision range of wards by 5%" would make you think it affected champions?

Lol is TSM going to run jungle Karthus? They also picked Soraka just to get it away from the Dignitas.
skarner, ez, trundle, sona, heimer vs tristina, ali, karthus, soraka, nocturne
Nocturne nvm. Going to be a weird game.

So in that sense, it's not actually a big surprise.

so does scout
a) increase the range of only wards that YOU place, and everyone on the team benefits from the increased range, or b) increase the range of every ward placed on the map by your team, for just you?
assuming b, just wanna make sure though. because it'd be awkward to have people on the team having varying levels of map vision depending on whether they got scout or not...doesn't seem like that great of an idea.

TSM lost a second dragon, up a tower, even in kills. Watching Chaox's stream but don't think any lane is doing too much better than the other.
