Super short summary: Annie buff. Early game alistar nerf. Kog buff. Spell vamp unique. Irilea change/nerf. Vayne nerf.

From what I've learned from these "patch previews", the catch phrase "lower the base damage a little bit and up the ratios" = nerf.

Can't comment on the Annie buff, I've never viewed Annie as being underpowered. Alistar nerf seems fair, I really like the kog buff, and I'm hoping to see more of Kog around. Spell vamp being unique, hit vlad, anyone else? Irelia nerf seems fair. YES VAYNE NERF!! WOOOOT!!!

I still dont understand why so many people are QQing about Alistar as if the last patch made him OP or something. He was actually stronger as AP (and in general) prior to the remake. If anything he got a lot weaker post-remake. -.-
EDIT: I'm not saying Alistar's fine and nerf isn't needed or anything. I'm not really taking a stance on that. I just find it kinda dumb how people don't realize how strong champs are until after they're nerfed...which then prompts another nerf.

Not sure what you're trying to get at with your reply...last time I checked Alistar's skills don't reset cd and mana cost when he kills somethign with it...Only his E does that and that's whenever an enemy unit dies and his E only heals and activates his passive. But his passive doesn't do shit damage to enemy champs and in early laning phase it doesn't even farm well...

Hardly a nerf, seeing as once your itemized AD comprises more than 20% of your total AD, you break even, and after that it's giving you more than before (seeing as it multiplies off total AD/AP rather than base). Champs that don't build significant amounts of AD (e.g. casters and tanks) weren't getting it before anyway, so it's not a huge loss to them.
Probably the most notable thing about this change is that it's a slight nerf for people that were using the fact that Havoc scaled total AD with regard to AD-scaling abilities. And even then it might not be a nerf depending on how the math works out.

Reduced ult healing is a huge nerf. No idea why they would increase the ability ratio, no one ever gets AP items on Irelia anyway.

I played a ranked game the other day where AP Tristana with around 770 AP totally failed to carry.

I think the fact that they think Irelia's burst comes from her Q is pretty laughable, but the ult nerf should at least make harassing her in lane possible.
