Doran's Shield * Fixed a bug where it said it provided 9 armor but actually provided 8 * Armor increased to 10 from 8 * Health regen per 5 seconds reduced to 8 from 10 because cloth + 5pot didn't already outclass dshield on every champ I play Randuin's Omen cooldown reduction decreased to 5% from 8% horse -> dead -> beating but hey Nunu bot is back! | ||

It won't fix Vlad, but the AP change and the pool change are a good first step. It's not huge, but it's 7.275 ability power at level 1, and another 1.275 each level. At 18, you're looking at a loss of just under 29 AP, as well as any gear scaling. Haunting Guise goes from 8 AP to 5, Rylai's from 20 to 12.5. Calculating with just those items, Vlad loses damage scaling up to 28 damage on his Q, 20 damage on his E, and 32 damage on his R. R -> 4 stack E -> Q loses 110 damage, which is a pretty significant amount. Riot makes really small adjustments all the time, and i'm not about to complain about Vlad losing an amount of damage equal to a larger 'incremental nerf' by their standards. Vlad still sucks though. | ||
