God Garen is complete ass right now. There goes my favorite champ. Spin doesn't do enough damage to scare people in lane anymore unless you build AD, but then you get bursted down in 3 seconds. He's literally terrible.

the exp nerf has only renewed my vigor and hopefully people will see its strength now
^^you're absolutely right, double stun top against a solo, especially champs that aren't extremely farm-dependent will make this strat perfect
right now i'm calling jungle in solo, taking xin (a jungler who's a better laner!!) and then swapping smite out of my spells at the last second and going to lane. hasn't been met with much approval by my teammates but i'll make this happen somehow

I would but we'd need more people. Pubbing is one thing with automated matchmaking, DotA on the Bnet setup is almost unbearable.

The problem is that the solo hero can just stay in xp range near the bottom of the lane and if you come out to fuck with him, he can drink a potion and let the ranged creeps beat on you for a bit. After that, because of the missing damage, the lane will push to his side and he'll be able to get free xp.
If you have GP, however, that doesn't happen, which is why GP and a hero that creates massive fear from the bushes is terrifying.

So we did this last game. Only problem; GP doesn't take deny first. Fucking wow. We even explained in champion select what was going to happen. Fucking moron.

1 HP wards means Twitch can still 1v2, and Eve can as well if she can get in melee range of the ward before it disappears. They just kill the ward and continue.

that's why we'd be playing on iccup... not bnet. it's got team balancing etc etc

If you run a duo lane top with a setup like Taric and Ryze, the solo lane is pretty much screwed. Heals from taric and double stun. At lvl 1 taric stuns Ryze runs up away from creeps and uses spell flux. That's going to be about 300 damage right there. Nothing you can do about it other than get rolled.

the exp deny at top was always possible, the patch didnt change anything, since it happened at lvl 1 anyways.
A jungler gives mapcontrol, is constantly mia and provides the 2 buffs for his team. Its still better imo.
in fact, no minion count now puts the deniers in risk of being ganked by a jungler that did lizard buff first.
