New Rotation btw: Brand, Cho'Gath, Irelia, Maokai, Miss Fortune, Mordekaiser, Oriana, Sion, Sivir, Soraka Also dunno how interested you guys are in skins. You probably know Trynd skin is in development/nearing completion. Taric skin is also in the pipes with Ashe I think. Winged Hussar Xin Zhao is complete and in usable form since it is fully available on Riot Accounts. I have it on good authority it will be released at the same time as the Polish Client to celebrate the Polish Winged Hussars. | ||

Could you give any insight into the creative process? As in who gets picked for a skin? Is it just random creative outbursts such as "Guys, listen to this... Olaf..." "Yes?" "...Marx, we totally need to make a communist olaf skin. He will have a big bushy beard and be dressed in a worn down suit. Another thing I've added is the percentage efficincy, instead of just how much you're paying for the effect of an item. Which also isn't on the spreadsheet. Because as you get higher values of regen riot starts costing the items completely differently than linear cost scaling off of meki/regrowth pendant indicates would be acceptable. For example, reverie is 926 gold over cost in stats if we calculate that way... PLUS the active. Maybe the item is actually that broken and we should all be building it on pretty much every hero - honestly I wouldn't put it past riot, and reverie is very powerful - but it seems more likely based on this and other weird results that the obvious method of calculating regen is flawed somehow. I don't know why. fyi it's not my spreadsheet, so I don't have any reason to put down whatever you're doing, just giving you facts. tbh I just never figured out what red color the original creator used so I've left the green/red labeling alone, I don't consider tiamat inefficient after it's last buff, that is why tiamat is labeled as poor on the chart. | ||
