I think straight burst, no AP, level 6 would be a another important comparison. That's part of what makes Annie strong.

Leblanc opened 3-0 against our Corki, then went 5-0 by ganking me twice 'cause Malzahar moves slow and Trist is lame, and I still whooped her 1v1.

most champions can feed on 1400 baddies. Which is why you need to play WW and just eat their whole team for the entire game.

In my last game there was a 15-3-2 Leblanc in my team and she basically bursted one mres-less champion from full to 20% hp and then didn't really do anything in teamfights(KSed some kills though). Felt like she does pretty much what Ryze does with more mobility and less damage and spammability... and more CC. And less AoE. I don't know yet though, need to play one more practice game to get enough IP to buy her.

I think the comparison works out worse for her at lower levels, because she has 4 damage spells, while Annie, Kass, and Veigar only have 3. And Annie and Kass max their non-damage spell last.
At level 6, zero AP:
LeBlanc: 230 (Rank 3 Sigil) + 345 (Mimiced Sigil) + 90 (Rank 1 Distortion) + 90 (Rank 1 Chains) = 755
Annie: 170 (Rank 3 Disintegrate) + 145 (Rank 2 Incinerate) + 200 (Rank 1 Tibbers) + 160 (2 Tibbers autoattacks) + 50-100 (Tibbers aura, couldn't find the numbers anywhere) = 725-775
Anivia: 180 (Rank 2 Flash Frost) + 230 (Rank 3 Frostbite) + 240 (3 ticks of Rank 1 Glacial Storm) = 650
Kassadin: 180 (Rank 3 Null Sphere) + 120 (Rank 2 Force Pulse) + 60 (Rank 1 Riftwalk) = 360
(Note Kassadin's output gets way better if there's a non-negligible chase distance, because Riftwalk + Force Pulse drastically improves his ability to chase compared to Annie or Leblanc).
Veigar (assuming 30 AP from Baleful Strike): 188 (Rank 3 Baleful Strike) + 150 (Rank 1 Dark Matter) + 280 (Rank 1 Primordial Burst) = 618

Speaking of Xin, I just went against a sidelane xin who went legendary by level 8. Even worse it was vs Pantheon and some other scrub, and if Pantheon doesn't rape by level 8-9 he's deadweight the rest of the game.

Pantheon is deadweight unless the opposing team is bad anyway . and thus the cycle of smash continues... 2 months down the line from now, I'll be tricked into thinking he's viable again until I have to play vs. real teams again...

i hate leblanc when i play any squishy
i died 6 times to her as kogmaw in our last game and every single time she kills in less than 1 second. i just see her and then die instantly before i can even react
luckily i carried us and we won anyway but seriously fuck leblanc

If you see a leblanc getting fed, you get a Banshee Veil quickly. It really helps.

Thread in which everyone posts their peak ranked elo and their best guess of what their ranked elo should be currently. Then proceed to ignore anyone posting advice whose elo can't back up the authority that they're projecting.

i started it, but we won before i could finish. i had bloodrazor/infinities edge/last whisper/frozen mallet already so it was GG for them since their leblanc was the only good player
I usually play tanks, I'm just not used to being bursted down that hard. Whenever I play a squishy carry I usually die more than I should since I forget I'm not invincible anymore

but new posters show up and I get confused...plus we have to spend 2 pages explaining to them the difference between "elitism" and "not being terribad". or maybe, someone just write a sticky post doing the second part.
edit: also there's the added bonus that being able to auto-ignore anyone who states their real elo is higher than their peak elo :D
