Well, Veigar will naturally have way more than 250 AP at that point, you should try 400 along with opponent having 100. Kassadin isn't exactly a burst champion either, he's more of a sustained damage-dealer. Also, did you count his charged ultimate? You might want to count Ryze burst(ulti activated) with 250 AP and good order of skills for a proper comparison. | ||

But yeah, I don't think Leblanc is really that imba, I mean her passive is mostly useless and she's incredibly squishy. Feels like overreaction to not knowing what to do vs a new champion. Really would like to see Ryze vs Leblanc burst comparison though o_o | ||
