I don't know the answer, but my bet would be on them not seeing a single reason to release it before they finish with all the localizations, so they actually test them. As much as i want to play it makes no sense to release it earlier if you are planning to do that anyways. | ||

If they don't have German finished for a big expo they are presenting at, I guess other languages in Europe are not done either. | ||

I will not play it in German, but after all, it is a test, so it is quite understandable, they start it in EU when the localizations are done. | ||

so when emails are sent later today, check that one. some guy who got a beta key in the 1st wave of keys said that he got his email sent to him at 5:44pm PST and I'd bet they'll be sent at around a similarish time today. | ||
