I am usually a very calm person who rarely get upset but that shit truly makes me angry.

Another thing that grinds my gears, people who think only their "type" of humor is the only "type" of humor.

But this same guy who is too "logical" and "analytical" for religion, believes every single thing he reads on the internet about anything related to any conspiracy theory. Seriously. Illuminati, Bildeburgers, 9/11 truthisms, MKULTRA, Fed related world controlling, mind and weather control, you name it. I think the only reason he doesn't believe in lizard people is that he hasn't "researched" them yet. And yet he is so history ignorant that he continually asks me names of random presidents, world leaders, war related history, etc. he seriously didn't remember the president of the US during WWII, and yet wants me to believe some random Bildeburger related conspiracy theory he read, related to Stalin and Churchill.

He's a proud, obnoxious atheist that continually throws his "I'm smarter than you" comments and retorts in my direction, despite me never even attempting to even bring the subject up to him, much less try and "convert" him. This I can deal with, I've seen religious friends of mine be jerks to atheists or followers of other religions, so I can take the same medicine quietly. At my old job I was walking through the canteen to the vending machine and overhear a fellow off delivery; 'The thing is the whole Holocaust was just an excuse to declare war on Germany.' I couldn't resist telling him how amazing it was to me that someone could get so many facts completely wrong in such a short sentence.

People who use it when they're being an asshole for example, I can like it in a proper joke no doubt about it (epic comebacks has been done this way) but not when its just disrespectful.. I understand. My apologies. ![]() Another thing that grinds my gears... blatant disrespect.

To add to the list pointed out by others, you want "we're" not "were".
