Surprised with so many comments saying octopus and squid. In my hometown, boiled octopus is the traditional new years eve dish.
Edit: Other 'weird' things that are common in my country: cow tongue / feet / brain, snails (really good with a fresh beer), frog legs, squid (really common)

Blood Pudding, Kidney Pie with cat hair in it.

Let's cut to the chase here. If you can eat balut, durian and hong uh, nothing in this world will surprise you. And balut just looks intimidating. So you can narrow it down to two really if you're blind/don't care about visual.

Crocodile, Chicken Feet, Cow Tongue, Cow Stomach. Nothing too unusual >< Oh! Kimchi! That stuff was super weird.

the fish isnt alive just that its muscle is still working but its not feeling pain so its ok and if you think thats cruel, then isnt eating any kind of meat cruel?

Yeah, cause there's no difference in killing an animal swiftfly versus eating it alive.

Do you care how the animals live aswell?
I don't know what the weirdest thing I have eaten. :<

That is so disrespectful to the freaking fish. I have no problem with killing and eating an animal, but there is absolutely no reason to do what they did in that video. Disgusting.

After taste stayed with me for a year. No joke.

Wow that's pretty badass.

A raw chicken liver. I got $5 to do it...
|
Rocky Mountain Oysters. Parents tricked me into eating this when I was a kid. That sad part is they taste good, not that I'd ever eat them again though.
Rattlesnake. Tastes like chicken!
Alligator. Also tastes like chicken!
Quail. Tastes like a small chicken!

![[image loading]](http://www.thinkgeek.com/images/products/additional/large/e1bc_toasted_ants_scale.jpg) Ants
I didn't mind that I was eating bugs, but they legitimately tasted awful.

That fried live fish looks DELICIOUS... This might be me remembering incorrectly (as I remember hearing it while back), but don't fish not interpret pain like we do (as in, the fish knows it's being injured, but it doesn't feel, "Pain," if you know what I mean). I think I remember seeing it on Animal Planet, or something.
As for me, the weirdest thing was Ox Heart. It tasted rare (and bloody...), even though it appeared rather well-done.
Edit: A lot of stuff that I considered decently normal are mentioned here... I've also had: Crocodile (my favorite meat EVER, BY FAR), Ostrich, Squid (and a shit ton of it...), Octopus ink on pasta, Ants (this one isn't that normal...), some grubworm things that live inside roots of trees in central Australia, and chicken blood soup.
If you EVER get the chance to eat crocodile, do it. It has a fishy-texture, but taste likes AMAZING CHICKEN (because they're dinosaurs)
Second Edit:

Do you care about the animals at the zoo? Do you care about the fishes in the aquariums? If you cared a whole lot about animals then perhaps you should kill yourself because every day a number of species die due to human encroachment.
The whole question of animal welfare is such a moot point. All I know is that meat is a necessity but frying an animal alive is not.

Possibly the only drink more manly than bear semen.... I have had chicken heart, which is really not that weird at all, but that is about it. Oh and a bunxh of fast food which contains who knows what...

I love strange foods but the weirdest thing that I've eaten is silkworm larvae. not half bad when fried. everything is good fried up
