I like to try things, even if I do not like it I have at least tasted it. The experience of new flavors is amazing at times sometimes it is not but missing out on it is not worth it. Oysters is one of the best tasting things I have ever eaten, which is raw shellfish. Not to weird in western society but its hardly fresh pasta.
Somethings that are weird like brains etc. is very cheap and environmentally friendly as they are not thrown away.
