Sojiro was such a good villain! He was just a bit.. loopy, that's all. I like my villians a little tragic anyway. And polite. Shishio was a little bit too inhuman for my taste.

Sojiro was a great villain till you hear his tragedy, shishio was just so collected till he went completely inasane, I liked cho the swordhunter also cause he was hillarious.

I'm glad people still remember good ol' kain the vampire. I really miss those games. I wish they'd make some new ones, but really just redo the old ones and update the graphics and get as much of the story into it as you can. I wish there were a better picture of him.

Pride from Full Metal Alchemist Brotherhood was pretty terrifying if I do say so myself.

General Grievous I would say from the Star Wars Clone Wars. I mean going up against being with more power (Jedis) and beating them, he has my vote.

Someone also posted ID from Xenogears, and I would say he is similar to Sephiroth in that in some way/shape or form, their mom complex ended up molding them to how they were as villains, crazy strong with unbending will. All because they didn't get the hugs they wanted. =) hehe! them for computer games! =)

Joker for the DC Universe, esp. how his mind worked/didn't work. Especially his character in the Red Hood movie.

Thanos for the Marvel Universe, he always has a way to find a way. hehe!
