16 is not a villain. I mean he is for a bit, but I think most people would think of him as a hero. When I first saw him in the cell saga he was a villain, and I thought he was awesome, reminded me of The Terminator, so yeah he's still my favourite villain even if his death (really could have been anyone) lead to the world being saved :/ | ||
