But he probably just transcribed them from the BMS :/ And Charles did 2 maps by Tomosuke that are jazz: http://osu.ppy.sh/s/43166 and http://osu.ppy.sh/s/53547 but they're basically it for jazz. Hip-hop is hard to make good maps for just because most people aren't good enough to actually map the timing of the syllables correctly (I've never seen one that actually followed the syllables, and the ones that tried failed miserably). Also, you forgot dragonforce MME. Demetori, or Dragonforce. | ||

freestyler is a good hip-hop map, that's the only one i know of though also why the fuck do people do shit like this ![[image loading]](http://i.imgur.com/cimUIZT.jpg) (for those of you who don't get it, those are 1/4 sliders spaced in a horrible fashion and are supposed to be "fun" when in fact they usually don't fit the music and are purely designed to fuck your combo over) jumps are cool streams are cool combining them into the same pattern is not fucking cool it's annoying and stupid this is the kind of garbage i'm talking about when i say new maps suck ass, they've got stupid stuff like this to make them artificially difficult | ||

Also on metal, yeah it comes down to Demetori, Dragonforce and CROW'SCLAW. There's a bit of Nightwish and a couple of lose ones like Bring Me the Horizon - Anthem and Celldweller - So Long Sentiment. There's a decent amount of unranked ones though, but they're pretty hard to find and usually not reaally good. Oh I almost forgot Exceed and Xi | ||

THAT is why I want the editor to support arbitrary time signatures... And there are crazier things out there too. Anything by Dillinger Escape Plan, lots of Radiohead, some breakcore or IDM (I know venetian snares like his odd time signatures) and tons of others use unusual time signatures. | ||

On another note, I've started playing with mods now, but mostly limiting to DT. Suddenly I have a massive pool of high BPM maps that I can practice on. Too bad I won't be scoring any ranks with it since I fail all the time. | ||
